I am thankful that I had the opportunity to come to this dealership. I appreciate the customer service provided to me by the sales staff and I am thankful that they helped to make my first experience of pu dealership. A big turnoff for me is when I encounter a very pushy sales rep (this is anywhere) that is more concerned about getting a sale than anything else. I did not have that type of experience here. They seemed to be very considerate, provided me with the guidance that I needed, but ultimately allowed me to make my own decision without feeling pressure from them. I really do appreciate that. Bruce worked to get me the best price in comparison with other dealerships. Mike Clamp was also very helpful. He made sure that I got the type of Camry that I was looking for with my specifications. He displayed excellent customer service throughout the process. I really appreciate the positive experience that everyone helped me to have here and I would not have a problem recommending this dealership to others. More
Overall, great experience! I'll certainly deal with this dealership again! I feel very good about the price of the new vehicle; also, the trade-in value of my other car was upheld (i.e., I did not have to dealership again! This saved a tremendous amount of time and we were able to complete the transaction in a couple of hours! More
Before working with Ted, I had a terrible experience the day before with a local Honda dealership. I made Ted aware of what happened and he ensured I did not waste my time once again. He was very accommodating and never seemed to be "playing the games" I dealt with at the other dealership. I appreciate all of his time and patience and the car looked amazing when I came to pick it up, just as he said it would. I walked out with a car my husband and I both wanted and at the price that we were looking for. I came to this dealership to purchase a 2011 Toyota Tundra 4x4 for my husband. Mike Clamp assisted me with the test drive. He took the time to go over all the features and small details. I was very happy with the price given first time around, no haggling required! Steve Melton had a lengthy conversation with me about financing and answered all my questions and concerns, without pressure or rushing me to a decision. They were flexible with my crazy work schedule in the days to follow allowing me time to complete the financing. Since my husband works in another state it required more time and effort on their part than usual I am sure, but they bent over backwards to make it happen! When I picked up the truck Mike spent a generous amount of time going over all the features with me again. This dealership and their staff made this my first stress free vehicle purchase ever! More

He took the time to go thru EVERYTHING on my new car, even setting the stations on the radio that I wanted. Without hesitation, he was able to answer all of my questions promptly. Exceptional salesman. The entire staff at this dealership is truly outstanding. I felt they all wanted me to leave with the car that was a fit for me and one they knew I would be excited to own. It is a great feeling to know there is at least one dealership that has the consumers best interest at heart. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Steve assigned Matt Baker as my contact salesman for the transaction. Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a new Toyota. I have bought many new vehicles over the past 36 years and this was the best overall car buying experience I have had. More

Mr. King is familiar with what we are interested in ... knows our likes vehicles since 2003 from the Toyota Center and, specifically, from Tim King. Mr. King is familiar with what we are interested in ... knows our likes and dislikes ... and makes every effort to make the purchasing experience enjoyable. It is because of Tim King's service that we continue to return to the Toyota Center and continue to purchase Toyotas. With the exception of a Ford Aerostar minivan in 1988, all our vehicles since 1979 have been Toyotas. You can offer a great product but without great salespersons, the product will not be purchased. Tim King is a great "no pressure" salesman. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the car before I made the purchase. He even convinced the dealership to let me take an extended test drive.. time to make sure I was comfortable with the car before I made the purchase. He even convinced the dealership to let me take an extended test drive... to Greenville (!!) so I could let my family see the car before I made the decision to buy. He even filled the car up with gas before I left. I'm very happy with my decision to purchase from Toyota Center. More
