Wife and I came into look at and test a used Honda and where greeted by Micheal Teague for the test drive. I appreciate the quick response to my email and the overall service that was given. I was able to recieve the price, the car options, and intrest i was looking for. I don't feel that the manager was informed on everything i has requested in my original email. I had to "haggel" with the manager and that was not want i wanted to do. In the end, we agreed on what was originally requested in my email. I suggest that next time, offer what was requested in the email and go from there. More
