This was the first time that I bought a car from a dealership and did not feel like I needed to take a shower to wash off the "slime" when I got home. Over the past year several of my friends and neighbors have bought a vehicle from Toyota Center and said that everyone they dealt with was very professional and friendly. I was still remembering past experiences with dealerhips and was really dreading what I thought I would go through with the "snake oil salesmen" that I dealt with before. From the moment that I walked on the lot I was offered a price by Tim King that never changed through the entire process. There were ABSOLUTELY no "surprizes" or hidden costs. I got the Camry I wanted at a price no other dealership that I contacted, after I got the offer, could match. Tim gave me the price on my first visit and let me leave to think about it without the usual "you got to make the deal today" stuff. Tim treated my wife and I like I felt he would have treated a member of his family. I do not feel that Tim could have done anything more for us through the entire sale. When I need to buy another car it will be sold to me by Tim King. More

When we started out looking for a new car, we had 3 that we wanted to look at: Honda Pilot, Ford Explorer, and Toyota Highlander. We went to Honda first, Ford second, and Toyota last. Really, when we went to Toyota we had pretty much decided on the Honda Pilot. When we walked into the dealership, we did not know of anyone in particular to ask for. We just happened to run into Mike Clamp as he was coming out of a meeting and he immediately asked if anyone was helping us. We said no and he dropped everything that he was doing to help us. Mike was very easy to talk with, he showed us car after car, answered all of our questions, and if he did not know the answer, he would dig until he found it. He was very down to earth, was not pushy or intimidating. I feel that he worked very hard to get us the best deal that he possibly could, again without being pushy. We are very pleased with the Highlander and would recommend Mike and the Toyota Center to friends and family. My daughter is in the market for a new car and I have already recommended Mike and the Toyota Center to her. What it really comes down to is that Mike is the reason we ended up buying the Highlander. We felt like he was honest and would look out for our interest if there were ever any problems. Another big factor is the fact that the Toyota Center is very near to our home, making it very easy to take the car in for service. Mike has also gone overboard in getting some accessories that we want on the car. One is a bike rack which he is having to go outside to locate. All in all, it was a good experience and we are now a 2- Toyota family. We also have a 2007 Toyota Tacoma. More

It was a relatively quick process, but I was thoroughly briefed on the features of my new vehicle.
