I had to come into the dealership because my tire was flat. I didn’t have an appointment. When I got here I was greeted but when they learned I didn’t have an appointment it went downhill from there. I was told that they were extremely busy, which they were, and they made me feel that I was an inconvenience for the service department. I had the spare already on the car and just needed to see what was wrong with the tire. They put air in the tire and I guess they thought I was going to drive away without it being repaired and put back on. The service manager asked me if I needed this today and I said yes, I have some driving to do. In other words they expected me to leave with the spare on and the tire not fixed. The tired had a nail in it. The service tech had sat the tire in the trunk and left if there and no one knew what they were supposed to do with it. I purchased this car here and other cars too. I know they were busy but I should have been treated with the same courtesy that everyone else received. This really makes me not want to but another car from them and makes me not want to get my car serviced here either. Basically I am here waiting for a simple tire repair, but because I inconvenienced them, I was said that I “would be hanging out all day with them.” Yes, those were the words that was said to me. I’m disappointed, I know they are busy and I have always brought my car back here to be serviced. However, if this happens again I won’t be back for service or a new car. More
Toyota makes a good product and it is for that reason we tried to work with Peter Boulware to secure a Sienna for our growing family. Unfortunately either because of the current car market, or because of th tried to work with Peter Boulware to secure a Sienna for our growing family. Unfortunately either because of the current car market, or because of the high demand for the Toyota product, Peter Boulware's customer service personnel put in less than the bare minimum expected for literally any service based business. We put $1,000 down on a Sienna in November 2022. We knew the wait might be long. As of July 2023 we still do not have a Sienna. The reception staff is friendly enough (Ms. Dierdre), but she is clearly not supported by the cadre of dudes around her who apparently don't do much of anything to justify their employment. If you leave a message, no one is calling you back. If you call to request updates on the vehicle your deposit is holding, no one is returning your call. If you chat with someone they will have no idea what is going on. No one will ever connect you with someone in the know and at the end of your rope when you request a status update, you can be assured, no one at this dealership is working to make you the sale you are hoping for. Working on a system of allocations which may vary from dealer to dealer, Peter Boulware's employees clearly do not put in effort to try to find a vehicle you are interested in and trade other dealers for that vehicle. Unless you are gunning for a top of the line trim level, they do not care about you. Buyer beware - if you choose to do business here, be prepared for a long process filled with interactions with a bunch of salespeople who clearly have no incentive or drive to provide a lick of customer service. Be prepared for frustration. If you happen to work in a customer service industry or field you will be driven insane by the shameful lack of service you receive. More
I dread purchasing a new car for the sole reason of going through the "sales" process. Thank you Keith Harrison for being the type of sales representative that all dealerships should hire!!! Mr Harrison co through the "sales" process. Thank you Keith Harrison for being the type of sales representative that all dealerships should hire!!! Mr Harrison contacted me prior to coming into the dealership and through email, text and one phone call he had all the information about me and what I was looking for. When I told him I would stop by the dealership to have my existing Toyota appraised for trade-in and to go over final details of what I wanted I told him I had two hours before an appointment and he respected that. I was in and out in an hour and 15 minutes! This has really been an excellent experience and Keith Harrison is probably about 90% of the reason why. Thank you sir for being professional, expedient, organized and listening to your customer. I'll recommend Peter Boulware and Keith Harrison to anyone looking for a stress free car purchasing experience! More
My salesperson was Tevin. I can’t say enough about how professional and helpful he was. I thought I was going to be purchasing a used vehicle but he suggested a new car and I can’t say enough about how professional and helpful he was. I thought I was going to be purchasing a used vehicle but he suggested a new car and guided me through the process. I am very happy with the deal I received. I am a single female and was told that I should have a male with me when car shopping or I would be taken advantage of. Not necessary with Tevin. I would send anyone to him. He was just wonderful and honest, if you are looking for a salesperson who will look out for your best interests, I recommend him. More
Inquired about the out the door price on a Focus ST they had listed for $15,438. The invoice they sent over had a “3 year smart car technology package” for $999 and “Peter Boulware Benefits” package $3,495. had listed for $15,438. The invoice they sent over had a “3 year smart car technology package” for $999 and “Peter Boulware Benefits” package $3,495. Both of which were mandatory and not disclosed anywhere on the website. So if you’d like pay nearly $4500 over the asking price for GPS tracking and an overpriced protection package, this is your dealer. For everyone else, don’t waste your time. More
Things changed from the business office to the finance office (numbers) and things were added in the finance office without discussion of price or confirmation.
