Mr Harrison contacted me prior to coming into the dealership and through email, text and one phone call he had all the information about me and what I was looking for. When I told him I would stop by the dealership to have my existing Toyota appraised for trade-in and to go over final details of what I wanted I told him I had two hours before an appointment and he respected that. I was in and out in an hour and 15 minutes! This has really been an excellent experience and Keith Harrison is probably about 90% of the reason why. Thank you sir for being professional, expedient, organized and listening to your customer.
