We are long time Toyota customers so we know how reliable they are. This is our 4th Toyota. We were driving a Highlander (which we loved) but as retirees we have been very concerned about the situation with they are. This is our 4th Toyota. Jim Hudson was our first stop but we were disappointed with their prices. As we were leaving their lot I called Toyota Center and spoke with Robert Drakeford. By the time we got to their dealership Robert already had a Prius sitting out front waiting for us. It was perfect. Had everthing on it we wanted and we could not believe the sticker price. It was significantly lower than Jim Hudson. We traded in our Highlander and drove away a few hours later with our 2011 Prius. Robert Drakeford was easy to work with and did not pressure us at all. Brian Willette (the financial guy) was also very friendly and took us through the paperwork in short order. We had a very positive experence with the staff at Toyota Center and would recommend them to anyone. More

We purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry from Toyota Center. We encountered a glitch concerning a sunroof. Bruce Winokur addressed the problem promptly and we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. I went into the dealership with a particular vehicle in mind. When this vehicle didn't turn out to be what I wanted, George was very patient as I looked at the others on the lot.
