Was able to go in just a few hours before closing and figure everthing out rather quickly. Other dealerships said they could not get close to the pricing I wanted, Toyota Center did. This is our first Toyota, and I will have to say we are very impressed with the ride quality and comfort. We went to Jim Hudson first, and just were not pleased with the total experience. We then decided to contact Toyota Center, since we had heard good things about them. Bob in internet sales was the first one we contacted, and he responded in a very prompt professional manner. Once we decided to go meet them, we were very impressed with the way we were treated in the showroom. I would highly recommend calling Toyota Center if you are looking for the best experience of buying a car. Thanks again for the Highlander, we love it! More

Overall, my wife and I were very happy with the way we were dealt with during the purchase of our vehicle. The staff was friendly and tried to answer all our questions as best they could. I only have two negative comments: 1) The processing of the paperwork was slow. I'm not sure if this was due to the overall amount of paperwork required or disorganization, but it did get a bit tiring after a while. We were there from 12:30 PM and didn't leave to get the check from the bank until 4:30PM. The bank closed at 5 PM so it was very stressful. 2) We already had our financing taken care of before we arrived and we were offered Toyota's financing which we turned down. After that TWO different people came in and tried to convince us to finance with Toyota with the SAME BANK we already were going with. I would think a "no thanks we have our financing taken care of" would be enough to close the issue, but the "hard sell" to go with Toyota went from comical to extremely annoying in very little time. To add even more, when we got home there was an e-mail waiting for us trying to get us to go with Toyota for financing and we already had the car!!! This took it from annoying into a whole new category. I don't know what kind of kickback Toyota gets from handling financing but it must be fantastic to drive your customers crazy with the sales pitch. Again, overall the experience was enjoyable but you and your staff may want to look at the two issues I outlined above. More
I bought a 2011 Sienna and Dennis Ramirez and Matt Baker helped us. It was a very pleasant car buying experience. I had previously had two very bad experiences with Honda car salesmen and this experience helped us. It was a very pleasant car buying experience. They didn't pressure us but were very helpful and courteous. I did not know the car buying experience could be that nice. We love our toyota and really enjoyed working with the folks at Toyota Center. Brian Willette in the financing department also could not have been nicer. Just a pleasure all the way around, we would recommend this dealership and the people we worked with to everyone. More

Your price on the Tacoma and the trade-in allowance on my Acura RL was the best compared to both Dick Dyer Toyota and Jim Hudson Toyota. Ted Inman was a friendly person to deal with and knew his product extremely well. He answered all my questions and gave me good advice on the purchase, operation of the vehicle, and financing. Walt was already involved with another customer on my first visit and turned me over to Ted but checked up on me later to be sure I was being taken care of. Ted followed up after I took my Tacoma home to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and everything was okay. Business Manager Brian Willette guided me through the paperwork and ansered all my questions. My overall experience was great! More
