Well how can you start to discribe the best in customer service i've ever had. The first man on the job was Mr. Green, opening doors, giving the proper greeting of Welcome. Next i ask about the wrong truck service i've ever had. The first man on the job was Mr. Green, opening doors, giving the proper greeting of Welcome. Next i ask about the wrong truck, he looked on his computer hard and fast, nope he asked the web site. My fiancee' told him he said found it. He then asked us what we're looking for in a truck? I said price and towing, he looked up spec's left to go get keys. Since it was raining i asked if we could test drive the next day he said fine. Next day he called when i was inroute to the dealership making sure i had a ride and knew how to get there(fiancee' at work) an i'm from Wisconsin (GPS). By the time i got there he was waiting whith keys in hand ready for the test drive. It was just what i was looking for. We started on paper work(fiancee' provided me with proper papers)it went so smooth it was mind blowing, he told me he'd give me a call after the truck went though set-up. All that was needed was my fiancee' signature, and he still had time to help 2 other customers. The only 2 things i had a problem with a flat tire on matching rim in bed of truck, and no equipment to jack up truck or lug wrench. He's already on it. I would give a rating of A++++ or 10++++ THANX FOR MAKING MY CHOICE EASY!!!! More
I bought my Toyota Tacoma from Will, very nice guy just look for his spiky hair when you walk in the dealership! I got a great price, they gave me a fair price on the truck I traded and they also gave free look for his spiky hair when you walk in the dealership! I got a great price, they gave me a fair price on the truck I traded and they also gave free oil changes for life and a free engine guarantee. I will definately be back and will recommend everyone I know to go there. More

I drove a hundred miles to pick up the car listed on their website and confirmed by their own staff was still available only to be put on a time limit once I was there. Seems they had already sold the car I wanted to another dealer but if I "hurried" I could still get it. Than I was only offered 25 percent of the value for my trade in. A value again determined by their own website. Than I tried to use the 110 percent coupon again off their own website only to be told that they would not be able to honor it as they "were losing money on the deal already". It seems that they will promise you anything to get you in the door only to make excuses once you're there. I went into the deal thinking this would be a very easy transaction and left with a very sour taste in my mouth. More
Went looking to price new Tundra vs used we liked at Carmax. We made a call and asked if they had any trucks with our desired features our salesman, Kevin Austin, said they had 3. We were straight forwa Carmax. We made a call and asked if they had any trucks with our desired features our salesman, Kevin Austin, said they had 3. We were straight forward in telling him we were short on time and didn't want to get out there and have our time wasted. When we got there, Kevin was waiting with the trucks ready. He picked the one that fit us best and asked for their best price. They gave it to us on a typed form that broke down the price, rebates, taxes and fees. There wasn't any talk of trade ins or "monthly payments" until after we settled the price. Overall, it was the best new car deal I've ever made when you take price, service and stress free environment. (out of 7 purchases) Dealership and salesman are highly recommended. More
Brent was excellent however the service and detail department was awful. A month old pre runner was diagnosed with acid rain damage and the pin striping was falling off in places. I talked to Bruce department was awful. A month old pre runner was diagnosed with acid rain damage and the pin striping was falling off in places. I talked to Bruce (general manager of toyota center) along with Donny (service consultant) about the steps they were going to take to fix this. It started off by saying it was my fault for leaving my truck outside in the rain which I find ridiculous. However after a few minutes of calming everyone down they suggested that I drop the car off and they would try to wax and buff it out. As I just got done hand waxing half of it when I discovered the damage I gladly agreed as I did not want to go back and redo the whole thing again. I had to take a day off of work because they didn't have a car they could let me use but they did offer pickup and drop off service. After 5 1/2 hours having my car they called and said it was all done. I asked if it looked good and addressed the individual problems. Donny said it, "looked great." They came and picked me up and when I got there my service advisor was on lunch, roughly 2:30. I came to realize why he took such a late lunch as it took 1/2 a hour for someone else to help me. My truck had a scratch in it, clearly you could see someone tried to buff the wax off and hit it with the side of the machine. I asked another service advisor to come out and look over the truck with me. The truck was discolored. You could see some places were buffed because there was wax all in the crevices and other places there was no attempt to even wax it. I asked him to have Donny call me when he got in. Donny called about a hour later. He apologized for how it looked and said he would find out why and call me right back. He did call me back but he had no idea why the work hadn't been done. I asked him to have Bruce call me back as soon as possible. That was 7 days ago and still no call. The truck isn't even a month and a half old yet. I would stay as far away from this place as humanly possible. They are quick to sell and make a buck off of you but try to distance themselves and put you off if you have any problems with your new purchase. More

I came in to trade my car because of financial hardship. I specifically told the sales person that the car HAD TO BE LESS than $350 a month. I was shown different vehicles and spent the whole day almost 8 I specifically told the sales person that the car HAD TO BE LESS than $350 a month. I was shown different vehicles and spent the whole day almost 8 hours waiting around. I was told they would call me when they had something. They called me that evening and told me they had the perfect vehicle to match my needs. I drove an hour back and the business was busy so I waited again. Two hours later he called me in to his office. He had paperwork for me to sign. When I looked at the monthly it was way above the $350 a month. I ask him if this was a joke! I told him I did not even test drive the car and he responded you can do that later. He said he was never told the requirement of $350. They apoligized and filled my Toyota Prius with gas and I left. A day later I received a call from the used deatership and they told me they had a Corolla that would meet my needs. I drove another hour back to Columbia. The sales person told me to take it for a test drive. When I came back I said well, it is ok but it does not have any power windows. He said "What do you want for the price, I am sure you can live with it". I traded in my Prius and left with the Corolla. A week later I was late for work because I had a slow leak in the back tire and since I did not get a manual with the car I did not know what the light that came on meant. When I got to work the tire was wrecked. I spent another $80.00 getting a new tire put on. A week after that I was late again because I had another slow leak in the left front tire. I made an appointment at the dealership and took it to the Toyota Center. The service people told me I had bad seals on the rims and that they would have to charge me to seal them. After fusing with them they did not charge me. They told me I needed to get a good air gage and check my tires often. I stopped at Walmart to pick one up and when I came out and started the car the check engine light was on. I called them and they were gone home. I called the next day and made an appointment to go in. I told them I did not want the car. They told me I should of said something earlier. I told them I been calling and leaving message but no one returned my call. I went inside and the talked to the business manager. He told me when they were done with the car to drive it around and I though he said they would trade me even up. I was shown different vehicles and took them for test drives. I picked out another corolla and waited. After a couple of hours the sales person told me the best they could do would be $389 a month. I told them forget it and left. I told them I cannot afford that. I called the finance company and complained to them. I emailed the Toyota finance company and Toyota Headquarters. About 3 months went by. A received a call from the Toyota one center and the person told me that the owner's nephew told him there was an email that he should read. He told me he would look for a car to meet my needs and get back with me. In the end I now have a Camery. It is ok but I yearn to have my Toyota Prius Touring back. I have never had such a awful experience in my 60 years of life buying a car. More
I had the most wonderful experience I could ever ask for from a car dealership. I barely lifted a finger to make things happen...except for when I had to sign those papers. Thanks Charles Green for making t from a car dealership. I barely lifted a finger to make things happen...except for when I had to sign those papers. Thanks Charles Green for making this a very smooth moment! I know this is a sales business; however I was treated more like family. I would definitely come back and if any one ask about buying a car I would, without hesitation, recommend Toyota Center. Thanks again Charles and thanks to the rest of the Toyota Center family. My daughter loves her Toyota Camry! Excellent, excellent service. More
