The worst company to work with! They sold me a car that was over priced for the milage. I was there for 6 hours and still had to come back to get the car. Then the car had issues They sold me a car that was over priced for the milage. I was there for 6 hours and still had to come back to get the car. Then the car had issues they had to fix. They sold me a warranty that did not cover the issues. I asked them to cancel the warranty and the Gap insurance and of this point in time they still have not done the job. If they treat ALL their customers like this then they are not worth the time of day!!! More
Did not perform the Toyota required prop shaft lube and retorque as listed in the owner’s manual even after I pointed it out to the service advisor, Ronald Kirkland. He Stamped the 24 month / 20k mile colu retorque as listed in the owner’s manual even after I pointed it out to the service advisor, Ronald Kirkland. He Stamped the 24 month / 20k mile column. He elected to skip the 15k/18 month in my owner’s record book and only changed the oil and rotated the tires. Vehicle is 2 years old with 11,300 miles. More
I received an instant offer for my car from this dealer over Cars.com. I contacted the dealer to ensure the offer was still standing even after driving the vehicle to the dealer which was 75 miles away. over Cars.com. I contacted the dealer to ensure the offer was still standing even after driving the vehicle to the dealer which was 75 miles away. They dealer representative indicated that the offer was not going to be affected after driving such a long distance but he wanted to make sure the offer was right so I provided my vehicle information once again (as I did over Cars.com). The new offer dropped 2K. I understand that the dealer gives the final offer after the vehicle has been inspected, but that did not happen to me, since my vehicle was never inspected. On the other hand, I thanked the dealer for taking my call and discuss the Cars.com offer with me before driving such a long distance. More
I went in with no expectation of actually buying a car that day, because I usually am not satisfied with the initial offer I get. Frank was outstanding in working with me, and for the first time in my lif that day, because I usually am not satisfied with the initial offer I get. Frank was outstanding in working with me, and for the first time in my life, I actually left in a new car on the day I looked at it. He was friendly and answered all of my questions! The finance guy wasn’t as high on my list, but working with Frank made the overall experience outstanding. More
Tevin did an excellent job in getting me into my new 4Runner . Made the process a pleasant one and I really appreciated it. Great job and I would not hesitate to call him for any follow ups . 4Runner . Made the process a pleasant one and I really appreciated it. I had to come into the dealership because my tire was flat. I didn’t have an appointment. When I got here I was greeted but when they learned I didn’t have an appointment it went downhill from there. flat. I didn’t have an appointment. When I got here I was greeted but when they learned I didn’t have an appointment it went downhill from there. I was told that they were extremely busy, which they were, and they made me feel that I was an inconvenience for the service department. I had the spare already on the car and just needed to see what was wrong with the tire. They put air in the tire and I guess they thought I was going to drive away without it being repaired and put back on. The service manager asked me if I needed this today and I said yes, I have some driving to do. In other words they expected me to leave with the spare on and the tire not fixed. The tired had a nail in it. The service tech had sat the tire in the trunk and left if there and no one knew what they were supposed to do with it. I purchased this car here and other cars too. I know they were busy but I should have been treated with the same courtesy that everyone else received. This really makes me not want to but another car from them and makes me not want to get my car serviced here either. Basically I am here waiting for a simple tire repair, but because I inconvenienced them, I was said that I “would be hanging out all day with them.” Yes, those were the words that was said to me. I’m disappointed, I know they are busy and I have always brought my car back here to be serviced. However, if this happens again I won’t be back for service or a new car. More
Toyota makes a good product and it is for that reason we tried to work with Peter Boulware to secure a Sienna for our growing family. Unfortunately either because of the current car market, or because of th tried to work with Peter Boulware to secure a Sienna for our growing family. Unfortunately either because of the current car market, or because of the high demand for the Toyota product, Peter Boulware's customer service personnel put in less than the bare minimum expected for literally any service based business. We put $1,000 down on a Sienna in November 2022. We knew the wait might be long. As of July 2023 we still do not have a Sienna. The reception staff is friendly enough (Ms. Dierdre), but she is clearly not supported by the cadre of dudes around her who apparently don't do much of anything to justify their employment. If you leave a message, no one is calling you back. If you call to request updates on the vehicle your deposit is holding, no one is returning your call. If you chat with someone they will have no idea what is going on. No one will ever connect you with someone in the know and at the end of your rope when you request a status update, you can be assured, no one at this dealership is working to make you the sale you are hoping for. Working on a system of allocations which may vary from dealer to dealer, Peter Boulware's employees clearly do not put in effort to try to find a vehicle you are interested in and trade other dealers for that vehicle. Unless you are gunning for a top of the line trim level, they do not care about you. Buyer beware - if you choose to do business here, be prepared for a long process filled with interactions with a bunch of salespeople who clearly have no incentive or drive to provide a lick of customer service. Be prepared for frustration. If you happen to work in a customer service industry or field you will be driven insane by the shameful lack of service you receive. More
