Poor communication still no copies of what I signed. This is our second used car purchase from this dealership. First purchase went great, this one not so much. Salesperson was amazing he was extremely h This is our second used car purchase from this dealership. First purchase went great, this one not so much. Salesperson was amazing he was extremely helpful. The vehicle was delivered to us late at night by an older couple who insisted that they keep all of the paperwork. I felt so bad they were out so late so we hurried to get them back on the road. This was all after we insisted to come and pickup the vehicle that night, but the management team refused to let that happen and I think I now know why. The finance manager called and spoke to me talked really fast and tried adding all sorts of extended warranties..this was the vehicle we sold to them when we bought the last used vehicle so we knew the vehicles history. We knew we wanted GAP for our protection however after not receiving ANY copies of any paperwork within 5 days I started to question the charges and kept calling the dealership getting no where. I did some digging found out we were overcharged by $1000 for the GAP coverage, I was also quoted 6.9% finance rate and the paperwork says 7.10% (which we had no copies of after being told to sign sign sign at your home) still to this day have not received physical copies of what we signed and the transaction!!! All this was done on February 13th. On top of this I trusted them because I was an employee for the Charleston location for almost 3 years and still work for Toyota. I'm speechless to say the least. Very disappointed. More
