Being a large organization, there was some discrepancy between what the online salesman offered and what the general sales manager would accept. This just shows the need for better inter-office communication. Overall working with Brian Davis was a joy. He was thorough and made sure the used car I purchased was ready to go. He even ran out and gassed the car up. A week later after he found the second key to the car, he made sure to call me and send it by USPS.
