Even though I was embarrassed, Shelton made me feel welcome and proceeded to help me and my son look for a used car to trade for my van. When we didn't find anything, he was very professional and not pushy at all! He gave me a quote for my car and we left. A few hours later I called him back and asked if the offer was still good, and he said absolutely so I went back and sold my car. Easy and painless! No pressure or smarmy salesman talk.
