Completely dishonest about the final price of the car (previously agreed upon). Dishonest about the “boulware benefits” which added $3500 to the cost. Despite saying “no” to warranty options the finance (previously agreed upon). Dishonest about the “boulware benefits” which added $3500 to the cost. Despite saying “no” to warranty options the finance manager added that on to the cost. The finance manager is a slick crook. Former military. Not sure how he sleeps at night. Avoid this stealership. ARJUN was vert pleasant, professional, and honest. He did what he said he would do and wasn't pushy at all. First time getting a Toyota, and was all around a great experience. Love my Rav 4. I said yes (and of course they already knew this because I said so when I booked the appointment). She then told me that it would take at least 3 hours because they had 2 techs at training in Florida. This is unprofessional since with 2 techs out of town they certainly knew this when they took my appointment. I asked for the manager and I complained about the poor service. he told me he was providing great service because he was telling me in advance. Never mind that good service would have been telling me BEFORE I wasted an hour of my time going to my appointment! he then proceeded to explain that because they upsold some previous customers, they have more work to do than they thought. I don't need to be upsold and I don't need to wait three hours for them to stick a thumb drive in my car and upload software. So be forewarned: these guys are upsellers and they don't honor appointment times. More
DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE! In March 2024 | THOUGHT I was buying a reliable used car. (2015 Toyota Camry XLE) They got me cause in April my ABS/ Collision lights start going off, meaning possibly buying a ABS module that we all know cost thousands of dollars. My car has been in and out of their shop since then and yep you guessed after just purchasing this car I had to purchase a new ABS module which cost me a little over 2100 dollars. Then after that was put on a day after the repair the ABS/ Collision light CAME BACK ON. So I spent all that money for that not to be the problem. I felt like they knew the ABS module was a problem and waiting for a sucker to buy it and that was me. This is been the most frustrating process, words can not even explain. I really wish they would just fix my car so I won't have to come back. I was scammed and It's ridiculous for people to work so hard daily for their money and make big purchases with a company like this for them to think you can continuously come up there whenever they say so because they can't fix the problem at hand. They have the worst techs ever don't buy any used vehicles from here. If it isn't new DO NOT waste your time and do not look this way. I really wish I could get EVERY More
It was great. The dealership was good about meeting my requirements. Salesman Keaton was fantastic. Handle our deal with ease. Thank you again Keaton. The dealership was good about meeting my requirements. Salesman Keaton was fantastic. Handle our deal with ease. Thank you again Keaton. More
Not a shred of honesty here. Not honest with price, not honest with cost of dealer add on's, not honest with the cost of extended warranties, nothing is honest. High pressure a Not honest with price, not honest with cost of dealer add on's, not honest with the cost of extended warranties, nothing is honest. High pressure and rudeness are the norm here. If you have your own financing they will twist you like a pretzel until you go with one of their banks. If you do make the mistake of purchasing from here just know in advance you will pay $5K more here because of Boulware Benefits and Car Technology fee. Boulware benefits are a series of items that have no true value. The Car Technology fee is for vehicle tracking with appears to be an invasion of your privacy more than a benefit. I will travel 500 miles to get a good deal on the vehicle I want. This gave me not just this Boulware Toyota dealership in my search but several more. Fees are excessive. One had a $1299 Doc fee. Another had Boulware benefits as high as $3499. Peter Boulware is a retired NFL player that made millions during his career. Seems line he has dedicated himself to continue to make millions at the expense of his customers. You see Boulware on the dealership, keep on driving by,. Stopping will only cost you thousands of dollars for worthless dealer add ons. More

They helped diagnose the issue with my wife’s Avalon and my son’s Honda Accord. Charles was professional and extremely honest in telling us what was wrong and the cost for the repairs. Charles went up and beyond our expectations for quality service. I am always leery of dealerships but I will bring all 4 of my cars here to get worked on in the future. Can’t thanks both of them for their fair and honest help in getting both cars repaired and taken care of in a timely and fair price. Thanks to Peter Boulwares staff for doing things the right way! Actually argued to try to get me to buy a warranty for the new car. I have never seen anything like it. I wasted 3 hours in the office. Finally, I signed the paper work for an extra warranty, so I could get out of there - and flat cancel the warranty later in the month. That’s how unpleasant it was. I am getting older and don’t feel like arguing for hours. I just needed a new car. (Remember, you have 30 days to cancel a warranty. Put it in writing that you want to cancel the warranty, include the vin number, sign and date it, and give it to the dealer. Follow up and make sure they actually submit it for cancellation before the 30 days is up. I had to call the warranty company to send me a cancellation form, because the dealership wouldn’t do it.) Once home, I discovered I had signed for, not one, but two warranties on the electronic docupad on his desk. So, as I was signing things quickly to get out of there, I signed for 2 warranties, one I didn’t agree to. Note: If he tells you, like he did me, at the start of the process, ‘there are cameras in this office, but no microphone, so I don’t want you coming back here saying you didn’t explain it to me,’ look out. Walk out, or start recording the whole thing with the microphone on your cell phone. Beware of this place when signing the paperwork - which is an electronic signature pad on the desk. For me, the Toyota brand name really took a hit from this experience. More
When we purchased out van from them, it started out very well. It started going south when they gave us the actual offer. Went from $22k to over $30k as they kept pushing for us to purchase a lot of nu-need well. It started going south when they gave us the actual offer. Went from $22k to over $30k as they kept pushing for us to purchase a lot of nu-needed extras. If you calculate the cost to risk these extras are a complete rip off. When we settled on a the actual cost they took the new floor mats out during the "detail" process and claimed they were never there. Instead of arguing I just spent $150 for new ones from a different vendor. I will never purchase from them again. Seem really shady and I feel that they take advantage of people selling the extras to those who do not understand. My wife really wanted the van and we settled on an ok price, but we kept having to tell them that we do not want any extras as they kept trying to push them on us. More
