My experience with the service at the Toyota dealership was very informative and helpful. Mr. Chuck clarified some questions I had with regarding my new car. I drove up to Legacy with my wife and father to test drive a Sienna for our expanding family, Our third child is due in July. We were greeted by Dale Wester who asked what our needs were. We told him, and let him know what price range and model we were wanting to look at. We knew what we wanted to test drive based on our online research, and previous visit earlier on when they were closed. Dale was very accommodating, friendly, relaxed, and helpful. Although we were not planning on doing a trade in or buying that day, Dale asked what it would take for use to do business that day. I told him our exact situation, and let him know precisely how much we could pay and for how long. He was able to meet all of those criteria, and so he had himself a sale. I have dealt with pushy salesman before, and I was dreading that situation, but I did not find that to be the case for me. My wife and I are now driving our first minivan, and we were able to buy it at the price we needed. The fact that all DMV dealings were done for us, and all fees were rolled up in the price was just what we needed to make everything work!
