I had an engine light to come on while I was in Tallahassee and my truck engine went into the safe mode. I drove to Legacy to have them check it out. I got there 15 minutes after service had clos Tallahassee and my truck engine went into the safe mode. I drove to Legacy to have them check it out. I got there 15 minutes after service had closed. The service manager was still there and he determined what the problem was and said they would have to wait until Monday morning. Being 5:20 on Saturday, and being from Orange Park, FL, I had no choice but to leave my truck there. Brad Jewell filled out the paperwork for a rental car, all the while his wife was standing by to pick him up. My hat is off to you, thanks a million for caring. Well the price for the part I need repaired is very high, but since it's a genuine Toyota part it WILL be expensive. I expected a call back from the salesman but I never got one. Moses Brown was very courteous and helpful. He greeted me very well by asking what are we having done today on your vehicle. I told him exactly what I needed.
