They listened carefully to what I was looking for in a new 4Runner and did not try to just sell me a vehicle that they had on the lot. They went the "extra mile" to find what I wanted and delivered it at a fair price in a reasonable time-frame. Most dealerships I've dealt with in the past don't operate that way. If you don't show interest in what they have they try to convince you that you really want what they have. If you don't show any interest they usually write you off as some kind of nut. Legacy doesn't operate that way based on my recent sales experience. I found that very refreshing and that's why Legacy got my sale. More

I came into Legacy Toyota looking for some help. I had recently bought a car and bit off a little more than I could chew - a young person's mistake. Though I came in with a less than ideal financial situation (upside down on the loan) with their drive to help a customer, fantastic sales and customer service abilities, Demarcus, Erica and Kelly were able to inform me about the smart process of purchasing a vehicle and they were able to put me into a Prius that immediately relieved my financial situation and immediately began to save me money. Without being over dramatic, Legacy Toyota saved me and I thank them very much. They will continue to earn my business and I highly recommend this dealer to everyone! Thank you! More
My husband and I went to Legacy Toyota on a fact finding mission only. Sales Consultant, Al Bernal, met us as we were entering the showroom and asked if he could assist us. We explained that my 2006 Toyot mission only. Sales Consultant, Al Bernal, met us as we were entering the showroom and asked if he could assist us. We explained that my 2006 Toyota Camry had just been totaled in an accident and were interested in a newer, used Camry. He began showing us what was available on the Legacy lot. After having been shown a few used Camrys, I asked to look at a 2014 Camry and just absolutely fell in love with it. The cost of a new Camry was well above what I had intended to spend on a vehicle but the used vehicles just did not seem to meet my needs either. After much discussion regarding my financial limits, Al Bernal and the Sales Manager, Vinne Vierbickas agreed to meet my limits to enable me to purchase a 2014 Camry LE. I was introduced to Erik Shipley, Business Manager, to complete the paperwork and once that was completed, Al escorted me on a tour of Legacy Toyota and introduced me to Brad Jewell, Service Manager, and pointed out the VIP lounge available for customers waiting for service. Everyone assured me if there was ever anything I needed, just give them a call. More

I'll be honest, I wasn't looking forward to having to take our Toyota 4 Runner to the dealership. This was my first visit to the dealership and I expected my visit to be unpleasant and long. having to take our Toyota 4 Runner to the dealership. I was sure that as a female client I would be hit with all kinds of sales pitches to make me want to spend more money than really necessary. To my surprise, I was greeted immediately by a very friendly, clean and respectful staff in the service area. Derek checked my car out and escorted me to the very clean and comfortable waiting area (even the restroom was clean!). There were several other people waiting in this area, so I decided I would be there for a long while. Well, I was wrong again. After only 30-40 minutes Derek returned with the estimates for the services I had requested, the list of estimates didn't include anything other than my request, no additional sales pitches at all! Derek escorted me to his desk where he reviewed the list of estimates with me and allowed me to ask him several questions. Due to one of my questions, regarding the broken locking system on the back end of our vehicle, Derek politely escorted me to the garage area, which was amazingly clean and quiet, to have a technician explain and show me how the lock system could be fixed. I ultimately decided, due to the cost, that we would not replace the locking system right now. My only complaint would be that I was charged $98 for the technician to spend 15 minutes on the locking system, without fixing it. I could understand the full fee being charged for labor if I had decided to fix the problem. Seems like there should be a pro-rated charge for a quarter of an hour. Upon checking out, the young lady at the register took good care of me. After paying for the services, I walked out to the service garage and was immediately greeted by a very nice young man who politely asked for my receipt to verify I was the owner of the vehicle and then he handed me my keys with a smile and a sweet "have a great day". Every person I spoke with at the dealership went above and beyond to be friendly and professional. I also noticed how very well kept each employee was in their appearance. It was obvious to me from my short visit to your facility that management is doing something right to motivate the entire staff to be exceptional in all they do. Thank you for a great experience!
