He reminded me of the lounge up stairs and said he would come find me upon completion of the service, gave me a estimate of the time and thanked me. The drive in area was spotless, as was the dealership every employee I came across gave me a greeting and made me feel right at home. In a short time John found me to let me know my car was ready. He was such a pleasant guy with terrific listening skills! He engendered trust. Had never met him before; didn't find out he worked at Legacy Toyota until we were parting. When I met him at Legacy he was the same way he was away--relaxed with a clear priority to learn my needs and to serve them to my satisfaction. No gimmicks, no agenda nor profiteering at all. Sincerely interested in how to be of service. In an hour, I had decided to buy a 2014 vehicle cash, given the deal we had struck. Sollecito and I spent the next hour sharing about family and vacation spots. The salesperson, Terrence, was equally as personable and patient. He seemed delighted to help me learn the vehicle's new features. He continues to follow up with me as promised and is clearly dedicated to serving, instead of just selling. More
