Tacoma I was impressed with the "get the job done correctly" attitude exhibited by Mr. Burke and Mr. Akins in the purchase of my new 2014 Tacoma TRD. All tim I was impressed with the "get the job done correctly" attitude exhibited by Mr. Burke and Mr. Akins in the purchase of my new 2014 Tacoma TRD. All time lines promised were met as outlined by Mr. Burke which allowed a smooth deal to occur in a timely and organized fashion. Arriving early for meetings, as is my habit, it was impressive to see Mr. Burke waiting outside to greet me and escort me inside. All transfer paper work and payment was handled rapidly in a competent manner by Mr. Akins adding confidence to the process. Anytime the GM, Mr. Sollecito, makes the effort to thank a customer personally one has to be impressed with the friendly yet professional environment. More

had a pre-set appointment with John, upon arrival another service writer greeted me and asked if I had a appointment (he was very friendly , he asked my name and discovered my appointment was with John) he service writer greeted me and asked if I had a appointment (he was very friendly , he asked my name and discovered my appointment was with John) he gathered my paper work and gave it to John, John as well was very friendly, gave my car a once over and asked if any other service was needed other than the check up. He reminded me of the lounge up stairs and said he would come find me upon completion of the service, gave me a estimate of the time and thanked me. The drive in area was spotless, as was the dealership every employee I came across gave me a greeting and made me feel right at home. In a short time John found me to let me know my car was ready. It was just a nice experience, easy to do business with. More

He was such a pleasant guy with terrific listening skills! He engendered trust. Had never met him before; didn't find out he worked at Legacy Toyota until we were parting. When I met him at Legacy he was the same way he was away--relaxed with a clear priority to learn my needs and to serve them to my satisfaction. No gimmicks, no agenda nor profiteering at all. Sincerely interested in how to be of service. In an hour, I had decided to buy a 2014 vehicle cash, given the deal we had struck. Sollecito and I spent the next hour sharing about family and vacation spots. The salesperson, Terrence, was equally as personable and patient. He seemed delighted to help me learn the vehicle's new features. He continues to follow up with me as promised and is clearly dedicated to serving, instead of just selling. More
