First scheduled service for my wife's new 2014 Venza. This was our first scheduled 6 month service for her new Venza. The appointment time was 10:00 am and we were met by the service technician when we pu This was our first scheduled 6 month service for her new Venza. The appointment time was 10:00 am and we were met by the service technician when we pulled up. He explained everything that would be done, took our cell phone number and sent us up to the VIP lounge. The receptionist which gave us a buzzer that would call us when it was finished. Right expected time we received both a cell phone call and the buzzer went off telling us it was ready. There was no charge and was included in the warranty. More

Tacoma I was impressed with the "get the job done correctly" attitude exhibited by Mr. Burke and Mr. Akins in the purchase of my new 2014 Tacoma TRD. All time lines promised were met as outlined by Mr. Burke which allowed a smooth deal to occur in a timely and organized fashion. Arriving early for meetings, as is my habit, it was impressive to see Mr. Burke waiting outside to greet me and escort me inside. All transfer paper work and payment was handled rapidly in a competent manner by Mr. Akins adding confidence to the process.
