Just an Inquiry Initially, what started out as "just an inquiry," led to my purchasing a car. I've been thinking about buying a car for the last year and it appeared to be a good time to actively start looking and researching. I'd previously received a link to a site from my insurance company - Geico, on finding new and certified used cars for sale in my area and decided to try it out. After entering my information, I was literally contacted within 3 minutes of "hitting Enter," by Adela to set up a time and place to see the car I'd expressed interest in. To be honest, I didn't expect the quick response or the willingness to work around my schedule. Adela informed me that someone could actually "bring" the car I was interested in, to my job for me to see and take a test drive. I think I was "sold" from that point on. I considered this "exceptional customer service" because they went the extra mile, (or literally miles), to make sure I was accommodated. As promised, Justin Carter called to set up a time to bring the car to me for a test drive and see what he could do to help me get it. I told him what I could do as far as a down payment and he said I could even possibly use my 15 year old car as a downpayment. I was estatic! I felt confident I was going to get a car! Justin directed me to the web site to complete the online application, which I did in a matter of minutes and waited to hear back from him as to what was next. About an hour later, he called to see if I could come after work to complete the paperwork and I did. Demarcus Akins in the business office, helped to complete the deal, helped me to choose the right warranty, and helped me on my way. I don't think I've ever had a more "refreshing" experience in buying a new car. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional! I will make sure I spread the word to friends and peers! The third problem has to do with my passenger seat reclining. Legacy must buy a part because it was sold broken, but it may not be covered in the warranty. If my seat is to be fixed with no charge to me, then I would be more than happy to give 5 stars on all categories for Legacy Toyota. More

Mr. Dalton is probably one of the best sales persons that I have worked with...he is not pushy at all, and definitely tries to make sure that you are satisified and happy with your purchase!! Mr. Harrison was also very helpful in answering questions that I had and providing excellent and friendly customer service. Overall my experienced was excellent, and I really enjoyed working with the Toytota staff as they were very professional and helpful. The only thing that would have made it better, is to have found the same vehicle in the monthly price range that I was initially looking for; however I still got a great car thats affordable! Thanks!
