My Buying Experience I walked into Legacy Toyota on Saturday just to look at the RAV4-s. I was trying to decide between the Honda CR-V and Rav-4. I was met by Mr. Ralph I walked into Legacy Toyota on Saturday just to look at the RAV4-s. I was trying to decide between the Honda CR-V and Rav-4. I was met by Mr. Ralph Moss, who was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He explained the differences between the two cars and I drove the Rav-4 and really liked it. I went on down to Honda and drove the CR-V and liked it also, but I went back for one more look at the Toyota and Mr. Moss explained the many "extras" on the Rav-4 and with his expertise and professionalism within an hour I had decided on the Rav-4 Limited. I was referred to Legacy by my sister who also referred an Uncle last year. I believe she is right when she says you can't beat the service or the Toyotas. Mr. Moss gave us a tour of the organization and a tour of the VIP lounge. Thanks Mr. Moss and Legacy Toyota. I will definitely be referring my friends to you. More
Excellent service! I stopped in on Friday morning at 9:15 am to see if I could get my service done a day early. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday morning. Alan said that was no problem but it may take an hour to an hour and a half. In less than an hour my service was complete. Not only Alan but the entire service department staff are very efficient in understanding the customer's needs. The waiting area was over and beyond my expectations. They had a coffee and donut station and wi-fi stations that reminded me of a Barnes and Nobles. More

Excellent Buying Experience My husband has a 2000 tundra and I had a 2008 Tundra. My husbands truck was purchased new and he has only had to do very minor repairs other then routine maintenance. My Tundra was used our family vehicle so we decided to upgrade and of course wanted another Tundra. When we arrived at Legacy Toyota we were greeted by friendly staff every where we turned. While out on the lot looking at trucks we were approached by a couple different sales persons that let us know they were there if we needed them ( unlike other places where they follow you around and pressure you). When were finally ready to talk about buying one we had the pleasure of meeting Joe Manning. He treated us friends. He has a great personality that made it very easy to talk to him. He did not try to push us or convince us to buy something we did not want. We picked out the truck we wanted and Joe worked very hard to make sure to give us a trade in on our truck that we were happy with as well as a great deal on the new truck. I left there with a 2014 tundra that I am very happy with. (He even connected my blue tooth for me). I would recommend Legacy Toyota to any one wanting a new vehicle. All the staff I came in contact with was great but I would definitely want to have Joe as our sales person when and if my husband gets ready for his new truck. Quality Product and Knowledgeable Sales Staff! I have to share that I had the Highlander on my research list, but have been a Honda brand loyal customer for nearly 20 years. My Dad came out with me I have to share that I had the Highlander on my research list, but have been a Honda brand loyal customer for nearly 20 years. My Dad came out with me to look and Dale met us and took us through all the incredible features of the Highlander. Dale was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful without being pushy! He clearly knew his product, and his demonstration of the vehicle was hands down the best demo I've experienced in buying cars. I went on to test drive the BMW x1, and then the Acura RDX and MDX. Highlander put all to shame with ride, features, and value for the money. Dale was very helpful in understanding what I needed (and my budget) and Adam was a great help in explaining the $$ logistics! Many thanks to all. I will be spreading the word.........
