My Dad came out with me to look and Dale met us and took us through all the incredible features of the Highlander. Dale was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful without being pushy! He clearly knew his product, and his demonstration of the vehicle was hands down the best demo I've experienced in buying cars. I went on to test drive the BMW x1, and then the Acura RDX and MDX. Highlander put all to shame with ride, features, and value for the money. Dale was very helpful in understanding what I needed (and my budget) and Adam was a great help in explaining the $$ logistics! Many thanks to all. I will be spreading the word.........
