Buyer Beware I bought a 2013 Camry last year. I had a high interest rate due to a recent divorce. I was informed by the salesman and manager that I could come back I bought a 2013 Camry last year. I had a high interest rate due to a recent divorce. I was informed by the salesman and manager that I could come back in a year and trade my car for a new one and I was guaranteed a lower interest rate and a lowered payment. I went to Legacy yesterday and learned they are now under new management, this is not good. The sales manager is the nephew of the General Manager. Long story short, I was offered 17k for a 2013, loaded camry and they wanted 5k cash down which basically brought my trade in value down to 12k. They wanted to buy back my car at a wholesale value but expected me to buy theirs at retail value. The sales manager was eager to give me black book value on mine and even disclose what that value was but refused to tell me what black book value was for the same car, only a year newer, for what he was trying to sell me. I would reccomend Thomasville Toyota over Legacy any day. The coustomer service is 10 times better and they work their butts off to make you happy. I made one phone call to Thomasville toyota and my problem is now solved!!! More
