The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help you out. We had a problem with out truck and the balance of the tires after we bought it. They are up front and aren't shady like you have in some dealerships where they keep adding additional fees on. When you make an appointment, they get you in on time as well as let you know how long they think it will take. This is one of the best dealerships I have had experience with in the past 10 years. I've taken a vehicle in for non-warranty work and they "discovered" problems that were not problems when I took it in. I've taken in a vehicle for warranty work, and the service is not better. They are not good about follow-up phone calls to keep you informed about the status of the work. Twice I found my vehicle in the parking lot, when I was told it was back in the bays being worked on. They talk a great game, but they don't back up their talk. The staff is friendly, but in a village idiot way. More
