Salseman not telling the truth We went in to see a Supervisor to get some work done on our car but the guy sent us to Pete who I must say is a nice guy but not very truthful, I aske We went in to see a Supervisor to get some work done on our car but the guy sent us to Pete who I must say is a nice guy but not very truthful, I asked for the car fax 4 times my wife asked for it once it was not until his boss came over to see how we were doing and I asked again to see the car fax that he did print it out, I was begging to feel like the guy on the car fax commercials . Now Pete found a car that would be in our price range if we were going to buy one and he told us there was no lien on it and it was driven by one owner and he brought it in to trade in, they said they would not pressure us to buy a car but I felt that as soon as I sat down. Not true as I found out in the car fax . It did have a lien on it at one time and it could still be there as far as I know, It did indeed have one owner but he ran a car rental place and the car was a rental car so who knows how many people drove it. The car ended up at a car auction and that is where Pete Moore bought it. I don't like to be lied to my face and will no longer do business with Pete Moore even though we have been long time customers More

Please take the time to consider my multiple dealings with them below. I first visited Carl in Parts when I became aware that they were the only SLP Master Dealer in this region of the country. Offering aftermarket performance parts indicates seriousness about customer service extending to car guys such as myself. Carl offered me a competitive price on SLP headers which were stored in remarkably good condition on site. Be careful around Carl. This guy is a car guy himself, and he'll have you feeling good about buying stuff for your performance vehicle! Needless to say, I bought the headers, and am very happy to know that I can still go in for work. This brings me to "Happy" and Doug in Service, who I recently visited to get some work done. By this time, my car has several obvious modifications under the hood, indicating that my car has seen its share of customization. Now, most dealers are freaked out by this because they worry about breaking the car or seeing parts that look unfamiliar to them. After all, they usually see stock midsize sedans and crossovers, not high-performance products built to win races by their drivers. "Happy" talked a little bit about cars with me before handing me over to the SLP installer and tuner, Doug. Both of these guys appreciate that there's more to a car than simply driving from one place to another. This appreciation made me feel comfortable that I would get quality service. In fact, Doug did great work and talked to me about the service and my expectations before proceeding. I was greatly impressed by the mechanic's interest in greeting the customer, me. As Doug worked on my Camaro SS, "Happy" called me a cab to base so I could work out. The dealership covered the cab, saying they like to take care of military personnel. Now, I don't want to feel too special since I saw a lady pull into the dealership with a courtesy vehicle, but my labor was only expected to take a couple of hours, not an extended amount of time. I worked out and had a hunch I should shower early. It's a good thing I did because "Happy" called me early to let me know that Doug had finished up and he could send a cab to pick me up. Does your dealer send a cab to pick you up? That's pretty awesome. Both fares were covered by Pete Moore Chevrolet. Finally, let's talk about the body shop. My car was hit, and so was my wife's within the same week. Needless to say, it was a rough week. The dealership took care of us both in quick time. As any body shop should do, they talked to us about ordering OEM parts and discussed the order before proceeding. They called me after any communication with insurance to keep me updated, too. What is worthy of note here is that the body shop did an excellent job in repair. The paint matches, and they replaces any broken clips. There are no signs that either car was involved in an accident. As a result, I can strongly recommend that you consider Pete Moore Chevrolet's body shop when doing repairs on your car. In conclusion, Pete Moore Chevrolet delivers quality service in every department that I've used. While I have not purchased a vehicle here, I can speak highly of their dealership operations. When you do business with a company, you are endorsing their way of doing things. These guys are worthy of the work they perform, and you should give them a chance to work on your vehicle. More

All this without my having to say anything---who I was and why I was there. She then asked if there was anything I needed help with and arranged a taxi for me. This was all done with a cheerful voice and a smile. Also, the work was completed 1 1/2 days sooner than expected. I would definitely recommend this Service Department to anyone I know. Last Friday evening, our HHR iginition would not turn off. We called the service dept for help and spoke to Jimmy Hayes. I opted instead to drive to the dealership before turning the car off, so that it would be there for service on Saturday. We live in Midway and by the time we got there it was 6:30pm. We knew the servive dept would be closed but we wanted the car there before disabling it. To our amazement, Jimmy was still there and had us bring the car inside, where we got the ignition turned off. Car was ready Saturday by 11 am. We would have been fine leaving the car in the outside lot and doing it ourselves, and thankful for the help in figuring out how: but were extremely pleased that Jimmy went above and beyond to help the way he did. We are always so pleased with the way we are treated at Pete Moore's Chevrolet. Both the service dept and sales (Pete..last name escapes me..sorry Pete) our sales guy are real pros and know how to treat people. They are the type of people that you would like to have a cup of coffee with. Great job by Pete Moore to have and train folks like Jimmy Hayes and Pete. Thanks, Tom & Nancy DeBrun More
We had car trouble on our way home from vacation. We were 9 hours from home, but were only a block away from this dealership. We had to stay the night because of a part that had to be ordered, but they provided us with a vehicle and called the following day to update us on our car. I cannot express enough how much me and my family appreciate their kindness during what could have been a very bad situation!! I have never experienced such good service especially since we didn't purchase our vehicle from this dealership. AWESOME PEOPLE!! :) More
