Explanation was that my truck held 8 quarts of oil. The explanation seems okay, but why quote me a price if you know it's significantly low. Talked with SM, he couldn't have cared less that his employee was either completely incompetent or just trying to gouge the customer..I expect better treatment from a dealer that I have purchased 3 trucks from in the last 6 yrs...Guess it's time to look for a new dealership. Do not trust their service department I wish there was an option for zero stars. Do NOT take your car to be serviced at Pete Moore Cheverolet in Pensacola. We took it in for an oil change I wish there was an option for zero stars. Do NOT take your car to be serviced at Pete Moore Cheverolet in Pensacola. We took it in for an oil change and were told we needed $2300 in repairs. Less than 24 hours later the check engine light is back on. Diagnosis shows that it is the same issue that Pete Moore supposedly fixed. We are hours away on vacation. Called and were told they would find a dealership in our area for us to take it to. 6 hours later they are now closed and we never received a return call. Our vacation is now on hold while we wait to have the truck repaired. Our only family vacation for the year ruined thanks to their negligence. The truck was purchased from them in October and has never been serviced anywhere else. More

GREAT and FAST I wanted to drop you a line concerning your service department. First….THANK YOU & THANK THEM. They are GREAT. Here is the story. My daught I wanted to drop you a line concerning your service department. First….THANK YOU & THANK THEM. They are GREAT. Here is the story. My daughter and son-n-law are in the air force and got stationed in Pensacola for training. We took a couple days off work to help them move and had to be back to work Wednesday. (We are from Missouri 715 miles away) The ECM went out of our Chevy truck (it would only run 30 mph) Sunday afternoon. I called first thing Monday morning and explained that I needed to be back to Missouri to work Wednesday. I pulled in to your service department a few minutes later, they diagnosed the problem, didn’t have an ECM, but had one overnighted, started the repair first thing Tuesday morning and had me on the road by 10:30. We drove the 715 miles and made it home in time to get a little sleep and get to work Wednesday morning. So….THANKS again to all involved. Special thanks to Christa Hall and the service tech. (sorry I forgot his name, but please pass this along to him) P.S. That was a great loaner you hooked me up with so I wasn’t on foot. (New Equinox) Nice. More

I was told I needed a fro Have taken the car that was purchased from dealership every oil change, tire rotation and what I thought balancing as well. I was told I needed a front end alignment and balancing. This was done but vibration was just as bad. I was then told I needed rims (sp) I have called nothing done. How does a brand new paid in full 2010 26,0000 miles need rims. Very disappointed. More

Chevy Denali It took 7 business days from the time the vehicle was dropped off mid morning on Wednesday until the vehicle repairs were completed the following Thu It took 7 business days from the time the vehicle was dropped off mid morning on Wednesday until the vehicle repairs were completed the following Thursday afternoon. As we were calling daily to check on the progress of scheduled work we learned that the service department only had one technician familiar with a Denali. He also serviced Saturns. Also the vehicle was not serviced on a continual basis but two other vehicles (one Saturn) were serviced by the same technician during the 7 day time span. We were told one of the two vehicles serviced (Saturn) was brought in ahead of ours. The "just in time" inventory system lagged contributing to the unusually long delay in having the repair work completed on our Denali. In checking the GM industry service standards for time completion on a Denali, for the specific items repaired and replaced, at the outside, our vehicle should have been completed in 2 1/2 days not 7 days. Because of the exceptionally long delay, after 3 days, we complained and then were provided a dealer's courtesy vehicle at no cost. Also, the total bill was discounted 10% for each of the GM parts. While the service manager was polite throughout, this service department lacks sufficient number of service technicians for Denalis. Also the "just in time" parts system is untimely. We selected this dealer and service department because it was closer. The other Chevy dealership with a service department in the city is twice as far away from our residence. We'll travel twice as far to hopefully receive service in half the time our Denali is in the shop for future repairs. More
Salseman not telling the truth We went in to see a Supervisor to get some work done on our car but the guy sent us to Pete who I must say is a nice guy but not very truthful, I aske We went in to see a Supervisor to get some work done on our car but the guy sent us to Pete who I must say is a nice guy but not very truthful, I asked for the car fax 4 times my wife asked for it once it was not until his boss came over to see how we were doing and I asked again to see the car fax that he did print it out, I was begging to feel like the guy on the car fax commercials . Now Pete found a car that would be in our price range if we were going to buy one and he told us there was no lien on it and it was driven by one owner and he brought it in to trade in, they said they would not pressure us to buy a car but I felt that as soon as I sat down. Not true as I found out in the car fax . It did have a lien on it at one time and it could still be there as far as I know, It did indeed have one owner but he ran a car rental place and the car was a rental car so who knows how many people drove it. The car ended up at a car auction and that is where Pete Moore bought it. I don't like to be lied to my face and will no longer do business with Pete Moore even though we have been long time customers More
