Techs will damage your vehicle with the annual work that Chevy recommends and when you take it back you’re told “that’s a common problem” and “you haven’t been keeping up with the ‘recommended’ service but they were the last place to service the vehicle. If there is a known issue with wheel hub bolts being stripped then why isn’t there a recall or action to rectify?! I encourage potential customers to take their business elsewhere. Would not recommend them to anyone! Why would you buy a vehicle that they will damage and then have you pay to correct their mistake? More

Recently I went in to look at a used vehicle and ended up buying it. My sales person was Dave Laughlin. Everything went well, not spectacular but we made the deal. It's the service after the sale that impressed me. The car had an issue with it's idle and was stumbling a bit. Dave took to the service department and they ironed it out, runs fine now. A few day's after I brought the car home I had my first opportunity to drive it at night, and lo and behold, I had no low beam headlights. I had to drive the car home from Navarre to Pace using my Hi beams (blinding everyone in my path)...sorry folks). Anyway, I called the dealership and they told me to bring the car in. I got there and they immediately sent me to see Jeannie in the service department. She asked me if I was going to wait for the repairs and I told her I had other things to do and would need transportation. She sent me back to the used car department and they fixed me up with something to drive. I called to check on my car about 5:00 and they said it was ready, so we went to the dealership and there it was. I almost forgot to mention. When I bought the car I asked Dave about a second key and FOB. He had a second key but no FOB. He said he would look around and see if he could find one but didn't have any luck. So I asked him if I bought new fobs could he have them programmed and he said he would. When I dropped the car off to have the headlights looked at I mentioned the key fobs (I had bought two) to Jeannie (Dave was on vacation), she said she'll look into it for me. So when we came to pick the car up, the low beams had been fixed and the key fobs were programmed. They also polished the head light lens and made them clear again. So that's it for my positive experience with Pete Moore Chevrolet. More
Lacking That Southern Hospitality My family has used this dealership for almost a decade since we purchased our first used car there together as husband and wife. At the time every emp My family has used this dealership for almost a decade since we purchased our first used car there together as husband and wife. At the time every employee in that place was kind and just had general hospitality and interpersonal skills. I have noticed in about the past 4 years a decline in the service center employees. Recently I had a very rude rep on the phone. I tried several times to speak with a supervisor and eventually did speak to someone who assured me they would remedy the issue and call me right back. They never did. They never once apologized to me for their employee being rude and not doing an even remotely decent job. From the moment I called into the repair center and was transferred to this associate I felt that she was trying to talk me out of having a recall done. This is a car I just bought not even a month ago from a private seller. Upon registering onstar I was alerted by Chevy themselves of a recall on my car. Obviously I need to take care of that. Every time this rep would ask me a question about my vehicle or the recall, she would begin talking over me or berating me with a line of questions. I would not think this would be such a difficult task for someone.... setting up a recall repair but this call was upwards of 35 min. Finally, she tells me she located the part. I asked if there were any way to get a loner vehicle (I have 3 disabled children and therapies all day for all 3 of them throughout the day and their presence in the waiting room would cause pure chaos for 4 hours) she immediately let out an audible negative verbalization (like a negative sigh). The call had already been so grueling with this women that I explained - please do not put me on the books if not. If you cannot give me a loner I understand completely but will have to use another dealership to complete this repair. She then raised her voice and in a harsh tone says, "Well do you want them to do it or do you want us to do it?!!" Well, I would have rather liked Pete Moore to do it- but given this service experience I think I will skip it and take this business and al future business elsewhere and as promised in my voicemail I intend to let all others know of my experience with this service center. There's a reason it's called the "stealership" I have had nothing but issues with this service department for 2 years. My wife bought our car from Pete Moore August 2016, it had only 28 miles on it I have had nothing but issues with this service department for 2 years. My wife bought our car from Pete Moore August 2016, it had only 28 miles on it, literally no one has worked on this car but Pete Moore. From that time in 2016 to mid 2017, I had a leaking tire that the service dept insisted had no problems. I would go in at least twice a month needing air and no one ever thought to even take the tires off and actually look for the problem. Because eventually and miraculously, (after making a lot of bad noise and a bad survey with GM), they found the metal that had been in the tire since day one. But they STILL tried to charge me for that tire and broke my hubcap in the process of changing the tire out (which they later lied about). But I am a stickler for GM certified mechanic work so I continued to use Pete Moore for my service needs. Fast forward to yesterday (when I came with yet another tire issue). I came to have a tire shimmy looked at, I was told essentially "it's $250 for 2 tires, but I can't get them today, sorry about your luck." I was told no on a loaner vehicle, I was essentially rushed out of there. They even let me leave with a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires, no one let me know at all. I could have had a blowout and killed someone. And all of this is AFTER charging me $25 because "we balanced one of the tires" but the car was still shaking like an earthquake. These people are all about $ and nothing more. My wife and I are actively corresponding with GM/Chevrolet about this dealership. Their service department is completely dismissive/money grubbing at best and completely incompetent at worst. More

Dont go here By far the worst dealership i have ever experienced. If i could of given them zero stars i would have. Took my car in to get new tires and a front end By far the worst dealership i have ever experienced. If i could of given them zero stars i would have. Took my car in to get new tires and a front end alignment. Probably the easiest things a shop can do. Brought the car in on Monday to order the tires. Tires were installed on Tuesday. Please keep in mind i asked for stock replacements. I dont have aftermarket rims or tires. 100% stock. Out of the four tires they installed two were the wrong ones. The tires on my car are directional tires. That means they can only rotate one way based off the tread pattern. This means when they ordered the tires they didnt pay attention to my car ( it was right infront of them) and the service guy who took the tires off and put new ones on didnt pay attention to the big block letters and arrows on the tires that say it must go this way. That and i would expect them to know about these vehicles. Its a chevy made car and a chevy dealership. Ok fine things happen. So they ordered two new tires. Thursday i went in to get the new tires put on along with a front end alignment. After two hours i finally get the car back. I was told it pulls a little to the left. I drive it down the street and its a little more then a little to the left. I bring it right back. Of course now they are closing up. I complain that it should be common sense that when people pay money to get a front end alignment they dont want to to pull to any side. IT should go straight. So im told " well sir all the lights are green and we did notice that it pulled to the left but if you want to come in tomorrow we can fix it for you". So if i come in for the 3rd time we might be able to get this correct? Chances are the service guy saw it was 5 and thought well the alignment is close enough and i want to go home so screw the customer he can just come back in tomorrow. It should be a simple thing to know if the car pulls you need to stay and fix it so its correct for your customer. xxxx if i was the manager i would of called him back to work to finish the job. Please dont go here. If you do please make sure everything is correct cause i promise you they wont. More

We had a dead battery, recently and it required a replacement battery. The event occurred on a Sunday and the dealership was not open. After getting the original battery jumped, we drove to WalMart and bought a replacement. I took the paperwork to the Pete Moore dealership the next day. Service Representative Jimmy Hayes instructed me to bring the vehicle in for a confirmation and he would apply for warranty coverage. We did that and Jimmy took care of processing the paperwork. Caprice called me the next day to check on our level of satisfaction with the experience. I told her that Jimmy was great. More

Great all around service!! While troubles with a new car probably can't be the dealer's fault, service after the sale is totally up to the dealer. I always get great service, co While troubles with a new car probably can't be the dealer's fault, service after the sale is totally up to the dealer. I always get great service, comparable prices to other dealers around town and like the total check that they do when they do my oil change. Never had then try to sell me something I don't need and would gladly use them for most anything I need. Got a tire quote from them and again it was actually less than some of the tire dealers I talked too. So keep up the great work service department and thank you Jimmy Hayes (some others in the service department but don't remember their names but good friendly people). More
