We sent off the paperwork for financing and the rate came back higher than expected. I was heartbroken thinking I would have to leave without getting the car I really wanted. Thanks to Dave’s mass knowledge in the business he asked if I had family who served in the Military. I said yes and that’s when he told me I could go through Navy Federal which has lower rates. Within minutes I was approved and it saved me a ton of money. I can’t thank him enough!! It’s rare for people to think outside of the box these days and I’m thankful he did!!! Great experience from start to finish! It's been a few years since I had to go car shopping....and to say the least, I was NOT looking forward to it! From the first email, text and call, it all was very pleasant. No big hassle or pressure....just pleasant customer service. My sales rep, Tom Royster, was very professional and I appreciated that he just cut to the chase....none of the typical back and forth and back and forth. He was very courteous to me and my father. When we were transferred over to the Finance Department, Don Lindgren, was equally nice to work with. He is a very personable fellow! Both men helped to make the whole process actually pleasant.
