I found Dickie Heckler very professional with the knowledge of the produck as well as appearance. He is extremely polite and did everything possible to be helpful without being pushy. As a matter of fact everyone I came in contact with did all possible to make me feel welcomed to the dealership. I found the truck I wanted online, called Dickie, and the truck was awaiting my arrival for a test drive. We finalized the deal within a short time. I added some options and returned 2 days later to find all work was performed on-time and it was sitting there ready for me to take delivery. Again, several people asked if I need assistance when I arrived, but no one was pushy. I would highly recommend Mr. Heckler and Pete Moore Chevrolet. More

My wife and I have been working with several dealers throughout North West Florida for the past three months searching for the right automobile. We were returning from the Veterans Hospital and saw the throughout North West Florida for the past three months searching for the right automobile. We were returning from the Veterans Hospital and saw the Pete Moore Dealership. We decided to stop in as a last resort. We meet up with Dickie Heckler, sales representative. We explained to him our needs including one minor detail about the cup holders not holding cups with handles. He showed concerned for our needs in everyway, including suggestions to fit our need. We usually buy a new car or truck every three to four years and have delt with many dealers in the Florida Panhandle. I can truefully say that in dealing with Pete Moore, my wife and I both were completely satisfied in everyway. Pete Moore and staff were the most friendly and helpful individuals in all our dealings with buying a new auto. We felt no pressure and left the Dealership to try and beat their deal. I found no dealership that would even match their deal, much less beat it. We then called back and ask if they could have the vechicle ready to go by close of business. We finalized the deal in a timely manner. Sharon and I both highly recommend the Pete Moore Dealership to everyone. No one can come close to beating them on price and friendliness. More

The first sales person assigned to me in Used sales at Pete Moore was very unwilling to help and basically told me I should keep my current vehicle because he didn’t think I could afford a higher car payment. He was nice, but at the same time, I didn’t have a good experience with him. I asked for a finance manager so we could at least run the numbers. Then I was assigned to Randy. Randy was thoughtful and honest with the entire process and of course it was my decision and my decision alone to go with the purchase. I am enjoying my new vehicle and appreciate the pete moore team overall for being service oriented. Randy has followed up to make sure I am happy with the vehicle and met me at the service dept for my first service appt. That makes a customer feel special and want to refer more customers to you. Service: overall service has been very good. The wait times are a little long, but overall no issues with the service department. More
