I just bought a new 2012 CHEVY CRUZE from them and my experience was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! I went there a year ago to trade in my H3 and wasn't ready and they understood and didn't pressure me at all!!!! This car is 100% better than the 2011 that I test drove a year ago and they made my trade-in work and gave me a great price!!! I used their service dept. for the last year for my H3 and that is why I went back to buy a car from them!!! Unbelievable!!! They listen to you, try to get you the beat deal, and work with you and SUPPORT you through the whole process of owning a car!! I wasn't sure I wanted a Chevy...but this dealership made me want one!!!!!! More

I was referred to Randy Carmichael at Pete Moore Chevrolet after another Chevrolet dealership was unable to help me purchase my first car. Being a recent college graduate and currently still a full-time student I was on an extremely limited budget, one that no other dealership, until Pete Moore, was even willing to look at or work with. They were able to stay within my strict budget and get me in a newer model, lower mileage car, one that I never even dreamed of being able to afford at this point in my life. The staff even stayed an hour late on a Saturday night to get everything in order for me. Randy truly treated me like family throughout my entire visit. Mr. Jeffrey Jonhson (salesman) was absolutely outstanding, caring to help me to understand every feature of the car I wwanted, patiently taking his time to show me the differences among other possible options and the best of all was that he did NOT make me feel pressured. He helped, presented several options, reseached, worked on numbers and above all, he RESPECTED me by giving me space to evaluate and think about what I really wanted.And after I finally made the deal he still took a great amount of his time to make sure I was completely comfortable with all the features on my vehicle. Mr. Delmar (sales manager) was very helpful by working with the "figures" for a couple of vehicles to best fit my financial need, always explaining my options and showing respect and caring for my overall satisfaction. He also went above and beyond to make this deal happen. Mr. Chris Glover (finantial department) also played an important role when carefully and patiently explained over and over again all the rules, protection plans and best of all he got me an EXCELLENT interest rate. I could not be any more satisfied than I am right now with this great team that helped me to buy my first car on my own. They showed me that they cared for my total satisfaction and they wanted me to be happy with my decisions. They stayed over almost two hours passed the store hours to present me great deals and still they gave me space to think about it and make the best decision. I had been to World Ford and Vince Whibb GMC where I looked at Ford Trucks and GMC trucks. I was at each place approximately 45 mins. No one came out to wait on me.
