I showed up at the dealership and was looking at the differences in vehicles from a Tahoe and a Traverse. I was really impressed with the lay out of the Traverse. I didn't have alot of time to really sit down and crame numbers and Dickie Heckler was very polite and curtious. I had my 4 yr old son and 6 month old little girl and we put a both car sits in the vehicle and I felt like I was not just another customer. Dickie Heckler had took the day off Friday June the 8th and meet Keith James he was kind enough to go through all the features of the Traverse and was willing to drive the car for me while I road in the passenger seat. It was ranning pretty good that day. I was able to observe his driving and the handling of the vehicle watching him. On June the 9th 2012 I purchased my new 2012 Traverse. The sales men was both there that day and got my phone set up with blue tooth and it was just a great buying experience. At Pete Moore Chevrolet, Jim Pankuch and Dave Laughlin in particular are top notch! Jim got me top dollar for my trade-in and never resorted to any high-pressure tactics. I felt at ease and right at home through the entire process. Dave Laughlin also impressed me with his excellent customer service regarding some follow on requests that I had. Pete Moore chevy was the only dealer within 500 miles from New Orleans that had the Chevy Sonic model I was looking for (they had 5). I made the call and spoke With Joe Jones and set up a deal. Mr. Jim went out of his way I feel to make sure that I got the exact Mustang that I wanted. Mr. Jim did so by I believe the dealership calls it consignment where he made his self responsible for a car th got the exact Mustang that I wanted. I was not too happy with the finance department people as if I was too early for them this morning, but I made sure to address that with the gentlmen in the second and third office rooms in the main office on the right handside. With their negative attitude it did not reflect on Mr. Jim as I seen him physically running around trying to get my tags tansferred and everything as I have my own job that I had to be at. I greatly appreciate the customer service I recieved from Mr. Jim and will highly recommend your dealership especially Mr. Jim. Once again Thank you. More
