When I picked up the car, he went over all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything I was signing and the final price of the car. He always takes the time to sit in the car with you and explain the features and the controls before you leave the lot. He also contacts you a couple of days after purchase to be sure the car is fine and to answer any questions. He definitely delievers great customer service. More
