I purchased a vehicle in 2000 from Pete Moore because a dear friend, Phil Marshall worked there, so when I was looking for another vehicle, I had to return to Pete Moore because of the service I got at tha dear friend, Phil Marshall worked there, so when I was looking for another vehicle, I had to return to Pete Moore because of the service I got at that particular time. I ultimately ended up over in the new car section and there was no problem, got to take my used car salesman (Allen Ledbetter - he is wonderful) with me, no hassles, he even brought Delmar Dice over from new cars to make sure any and all questions were answered thoroughly. This company knows how to treat its customers. After meeting with Jimi K in finance and handling our business there, again more thoroughly and the least confusing than I have ever had a finance person be, and I NEVER felt pressured to add this, add that. The products were offered, explained and then I made my decisions. I was then introduced to Jimmy Hayes, Service Consultant, to set up my first service appointment. Then I was introduced to Joe Jones, he answered questions I didn't I wanted to ask, I mean he took the time to go over the Bluetooth and got me hooked up, explained the OnStar, everything, he showed me around the whole vehicle inside and out. I'm telling you,the red carpet treatment does not end "after" the sale. You can add to the people above that I interacted with because every I saw congratulated me on my purchase AND thanked me. I give this company an A+ rating and I LOVE MY 2013 CHEVROLET EQUINOX !!!!!!! More
Rick was very friendly and helpful. He answered any questions we had but didnt "Hover", so my daughter and I had a little space to discuss our purchase. I never, ever felt that I was being pressured to buy anything and at all times felt very comfortable and relaxed with everyone we talked with at Pete Moore Chevrolet. It was honestly a pleasure to talk with George (Miller), DelMar (Dice), the service department (sorry, can't remember his name; John, I think?), and Jimi (Koumalatsos) in financing. I was originally "sent" your way through the USAA site. George was the first to answer my e-mail (I work offshore in the Gulf of Mexico) and he kept up communication and answering my questions on a consistent basis. I was very pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail in regard to my questions. I did have other companies e-mail me, but they were not as "on the ball" with their keeping in touch and giving me the attention I needed to make a new vehicle purchase. Thank you for your great attitudes in putting the customer first and keeping to a higher standard for car dealers everywhere. You went out of your way to see that the vehicle I ultimately purchased would meet our needs. I have passed on this experience to others and will continue to recommend you to others. How satisfying it is to have found a dealership with ethics. This is also a letter stating how much of a tremendous job your service department/parts department did. They answered all our questions thoroughly and were patient to when it came time for payment. They treated my wife and I very well and they themselves were polite even though they were busy. Finally, I am the world's biggest skeptic and my first thought was, 'Okay, what's the catch?' Either that or this was just another way to get me in the door to a dealership where I'd lose my shirt trying to buy a newer car for our family. Well, I was dead wrong and I couldn't be more thrilled that I gave it a shot despite my initial reservations. I will NEVER buy another car any other way. I love my vehicle and for the first time EVER I walked away knowing I got a good deal on a car that is perfect for my family and we didn't waste hours of our lives trying to 'work out a deal' or haggling over price, payments, etc. This truly is the ONLY way cars should be sold and I won't ever do it any other way again! He knew that I had planned to make an internet offer, but just wanted to see the truck in person first. After driving the truck, he said he would get a price that would match the internet price. He came back with a price that was exactly what I had expected to offer via the internet. Well, he made the offer I could not refuse.
