Pete went through all the options with me, made sure I had a copy of my order, kept me informed of the progress of the car and the estimated delivery time. When I picked up the car, he went over all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything I was signing and the final price of the car. He always takes the time to sit in the car with you and explain the features and the controls before you leave the lot. He also contacts you a couple of days after purchase to be sure the car is fine and to answer any questions. He definitely delievers great customer service. More
