After starting a new job I had to change my car to a truck. I was looking at Ford 150's and Chevy Avalanches. I stopped in at Pete Moore to look at Avalanches and was met by Dickie Heckler. He was very knowledgable about both his products and the competitors, which is more than I can say for other dealerships I visited. When I went back for a test drive, I got a chance to drive the vehicle over both local streets and the highway, unlike other dealerships which gave the 'around the block' drive. I got good value for my trade-in and a good deal for my new Avalanche. I would recommend Dickie Heckler and the Pete Moore dealership without reservation. More

We chose the truck on a Monday, (two weeks in advanced); he gave us a price, with an unseen trade-in; and was honest to his word. My son arrived at the dealership Friday (2/15); morning; loved the truck we had chosen. Having said that, Joe made good of everything he offered to us, once our son brought his car in as a trade. We were very impressed with the service we received at Pete Moore, from Joe Jones. We have decided we will be future customers of Pete Moore because of the excellent and prompt service. I had just purchased a used Lincoln ls a few months ago, and Chevrolet took the trade in for it and made it very easy to get a new car. I love my new car so far. This was the greatest car buying experience I've ever had (I've purchased 5 vehicles and 1 motorcycle in my life). The dealers in my local market put too much pressure on me and played the typical car buying games where they go back and forth with offer/counteroffer 2-3 times and completely undervalued my trade-in vehicle. Brian was the perfect salesman. He listen to what I wanted out of the prospective purchase vehicle and was very receptive to where I was trying to go financially in terms of trade-in value and financing options. He never put pressure on me and he treated me as a competent buyer. I'm sure it was a pain in the butt for him, but he was patient and understanding. If I were stationed in California, I would fly back to Pensacola to buy from Pete Moore Chevrolet. More
