Keith James goes above and beyond the call to get things done as quickly and easily possible - NO PRESSURE - NO STRESS! Once I even bought a car from him over the phone, he makes the process so easy. He has taken the time to get to know my family's needs and has earned our trust. I live in Destin near the Walton county line. I keep trying to buy closer to home, but I just can't find the same quality of service nor the competitive pricing that I always get at Pete Moore. Before I drive off in my new car Keith James always makes sure that I know what all the bells and whistles do, and just in case I forget he always takes my calls. Went to Pete Moore Chevrolet on Thursday, December 13, 2012 after a rather disappointing visit to Sandy Sansing Chevrolet. Really had no intention of buying that day. I was interested, at first, in lookin 2012 after a rather disappointing visit to Sandy Sansing Chevrolet. Really had no intention of buying that day. I was interested, at first, in looking at used trucks, but the prices on used trucks are sky high right now. Upon arriving I was greeted quickly, but not too quickly, by Dane Clark. I was given about five minutes to walk the lot and check things out before I was approcached, which was perfect for me. I was really just interested in checking out what kind of year end rebates were available on the remaining 2012 Silverado trucks. They had one extended cab LT Silverado 1500 in the color I wanted left on the lot so I inquired about the price and available rebates. Dane quickly worked up a figure and ran it by his sales manager, Delmar Dice. The number was WAY lower than I was expecting so I was definitely interested. Overall, Dane was a friendly, confident, but not pushy, salesman. After seeing the price, I knew I couldn't pass the deal up. However, the deal still depended on what I could get for trade in for my 2001 Toyota Tacoma. Now, my Tacoma was not in the best of shape; 155,xxx miles, front end damage, cracked windshield, broken drivers door handle, etc. Much to my surprise, they offered WAY more than I was expecting; more than I could have ever hoped to get selling it privately. Once I saw what I could get for trade in I knew I would be driving off the lot in a new truck that day. All in all I got nearly $10,000 off (between rebates and trade in) of a 2012 Silverado 1500 LT extended cab truck. The out the door price was considerably cheaper than the sticker price on most used 2011 and 2010 Silverado 1500 LT extended cabs with 20,000+ miles. In fact, I'm confident that I could trade my new truck in tomorrow and get more for trade in value than I paid for it. Not that I would do that or anything, just saying. Not only did I get an exceptional deal, I did not have to settle. I got the body style, trim package, and color that I wanted. Financing was a breeze. I got a decent interst rate through the dealership. My payments are a little higher than I wanted, but not bad considering that I put no money down. The service and maintenance plan that came with the truck are pretty good as well. Definitely couldn't be happier with my decision to go to Pete Moore Chevrolet that day. If you are in the market for a new truck, get to Pete Moore, NOW, before the remaining 2012s are gone. More
