I have visited other car dealerships in the past, and for the most part, the other ones were the stereotypical places. --3 or 4 people attacking you as soon as your hand touches the door. Salespeople surrounding you demanding that you sign paperwork, already trying to line you up with a loan before you even see a car. And just doing their best to push you into purchasing a car from them.-- Pete Moore has never given me that experience. I have always been greeted with one smiling associate, asking me if I needed any assistance. When I mentioned purchasing a vehicle to my salesman, Ben Franklin, he took into his office and asked me what I was looking for. From there he pulled up 5 or 6 vehicles that fit my budget and interests, and took me out to see them. A few days later when my schedule permitted, I returned to the dealership and continued my search with Mr. Franklin. Finally after several hours of searching and dealing with typical paperwork, I drove off with my new 09' Malibu. All the while, Ben was pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. He was patient with my questions, helpful in my lack of good credit to find a loan, and overall, an extremely trustworthy individual. I am the first person to admit that I was originally scared of purchasing a vehicle from a car salesman. My experiences with Pete Moore, however, have given back my certainty in dealerships. After starting a new job I had to change my car to a truck. I was looking at Ford 150's and Chevy Avalanches. I stopped in at Pete Moore to look at Avalanches and was met by Dickie Heckler. Despite the rain that day, Dickie took the time to show their vehicles and demonstrate their features. He was very knowledgable about both his products and the competitors, which is more than I can say for other dealerships I visited. When I went back for a test drive, I got a chance to drive the vehicle over both local streets and the highway, unlike other dealerships which gave the 'around the block' drive. I got good value for my trade-in and a good deal for my new Avalanche. I would recommend Dickie Heckler and the Pete Moore dealership without reservation. More

We chose the truck on a Monday, (two weeks in advanced); he gave us a price, with an unseen trade-in; and was honest to his word. My son arrived at the dealership Friday (2/15); morning; loved the truck we had chosen. Having said that, Joe made good of everything he offered to us, once our son brought his car in as a trade. We were very impressed with the service we received at Pete Moore, from Joe Jones. We have decided we will be future customers of Pete Moore because of the excellent and prompt service.
