To be honest we did have moments of disagreements but he found a way to make a deal that we both agreed on. He made me feel like even if I had not excepted this deal we would still be friends. At one time Brian received an important call and said he needed a moment. I said that I would be right back as I wanted to go and get a Coke. As I was opening my drink at the machine I looked down over and noticed this open glass room and thought to myself. "OH! this is a break area and went over where it was cool. As I opened the door about a half dozen well dressed men looked over at me. I immediately said ,"excuse me, I didn't know that you were having a meeting. I looked to the right and noticed Pete Moore standing there and I said, "Hey Pete so nice to meet you in person as I always see you on TV". My point is that he was so nice to get up and shake my hand and ask for my name as busy as he was. I only told him that the salesperson "Brian" Was taking care of me and was very professional. When i arrived at the airport to complete the sale and pick up the car, Brian was waiting for me, with a cold bottle of water. Simple gesture, but that made me feel taken care of. We took the car for a test drive, i meet the service manager and the GM, we did the what was left of the paperwork and i was out of there in an hour.
