We would like to say that in the 45+ years that the two of us have been buying cars, we have never had the pleasure of such a professional, well executed car purchase – and we have had well over a dozen purchases over those years, from probably 8-10 dealerships. Over the years we have had GM, Ford, Mercury, Plymouth, Toyota and VW products, from pickups to sedans to SUV’s, and have dealt with all those dealerships. Speaking for the actual vehicle we purchased, we were extremely pleased with the car, and will probably have it for years to come. My wife has a bad back, and we have always purchased vehicles with her comfort in mind. On the drive back to Mobile, we were both very pleased – especially my wife - with the comfort and quietness of the Equinox we bought. Speaking for our salesman, Mr. Neely, he was very well versed with the car and all its controls, and did a great job of walking us thru the vehicle operations quickly. There was no question left unanswered. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just an honest presentation of the vehicle and a very businesslike presentation of the trade and price. Speaking for the transaction itself, we could not believe how well managed and streamlined the purchase process was. With other dealerships in the past, the transaction itself has always involved several hours – the 2-3 rounds of haggling, then approvals from everyone up and down the management chain at every step of the process, followed by the long wait while the paperwork was processed. Your process, on the other hand, was absolutely streamlined and business-like – like nothing we’ve ever seen. Your initial offer was quick, was very reasonable, and the paperwork was handled with the smallest amount of time we have seen in 45+ years of car buying. We were extremely pleased with Mr. Neeley’s presentation, and with the short time – literally less than 20 minutes – that it took to meet with your manager to finalize the paperwork. I believe we were there about 2 hours from the time we drove up to the time we drove off in our new Equinox. We could not believe it!! We have NEVER purchased a car in less than 4 hours! You guys have found a way to cut thru the misery and make car buying an enjoyable experience! Please give our thanks to Mr. Neely and your management staff – and keep up the good work! We have to say we probably are the furthest distance customers they have, but such a pleasure to work with.
