Randy kept us sitting for an hour and a half, didn't even allow us to negotiate the price of the vehicle. Next thing I know we were in front of the rude finance guy that almost caused us to walk out. By the time it was all over, we were stuck there approximately six hours. I blame myself mostly because i should have listened to my wife and walked out. i really try to be patient and kind to people, but I really had an unpleasant feeling when I left there. What really made me sick was that I found the same vehicle at another dealership for $2000.00 less that night. The vehicle purchase was for my wife, so I could put her in a newer vehicle than what she was driving. To add salt to the wound is that they told us that the extended warranty was for 72000 miles. NOT REALLY!, it is for a total of speedometer miles. In other words, if you buy a used vehicle that has 20000 miles and you still have 16000 miles left on the manufactured warranty then the extended warranty is only for another 36000 miles. Be careful of that they try to twist the sales tongue talk into you believing that it is a total of 72000 miles after the manufactured warranty. The lesson here is: 1) Don't buy here. 2) Shop thoroughly around. 3) They want you to believe that they care about you when its all about the commission. 4) If they leave you sitting, walk out. 5) Most important, DO NOT LET THEM HAVE YOUR VEHICLE KEYS!!!!!! Rodney worked really well with my husband and myself on getting the truck I wanted. This was the first time I have ever had to buy my own car (I'm 22), and I had no idea what I was doing. Rick immediately saw this and talked me through what to expect out of a first car both in price and wh (I'm 22), and I had no idea what I was doing. He was a low pressure salesman who offered a price reduction up front (no real haggling necessary), suggested we have our mechanic check it out and offered to check Kelly blue book with us. My salesman(Dane Clark) was most helpful and made sure i selected the one i wanted before we nailed down the price. Couldn't have ask for a better experience in buying my new vehicle. Business manager and service folks were very helpful in getting me thru the process quickly and to help me know where and with whom to seek out when its time to service my vehicle.
