During 51 years of marriage, my husband & I have purchased well over 20 cars - new and used - for ourselves & our children. We had never searched/purchased a car via the internet; that changed this purchased well over 20 cars - new and used - for ourselves & our children. We had never searched/purchased a car via the internet; that changed this past weekend. From beginning to end, this was the most pleasant, professional, smooth transaction we have ever experienced - all thanks to Brian Wimett. He was/is the consummate sales person over the phone, email, and in person. His communication skills over the phone and in person was such a treat .... totally different from past buying experinces with other auto dealerships. He kept every promise; immediately emailed additional pictures; provided past history on the car we purchased; answered every question honestly and quickly. We drove 4.5 hours to purchase this car. Brian made us feel comfortable and confident that we were making the right decision. While test driving, he provided additional information and we were able to close the deal in record time. It's really difficult to convey just how happy we were with our purchase and with Brian Wimett. Anthony Ramsey was very helpful in working with us on the pricing of this car and we can't thank him enough for his help. First off, I would like to say I have only owned 4 vehicles in my life. Two of those vehicles were bought at Pete Moore Chevrolet. The two vehicles I purchased were very dependable, and I completely got my money’s worth. I have no complaints whatsoever. Recently, things have been really tough for me as I have been dealing with a work related accident, and money has been extremely tight. I eventually came into some money from a settlement check I received , and to be quite honest it wasn’t as much as I would of expected. On that note, I knew I had to be pretty frugal with the money received. Unfortunately, I was in need of a more dependable car than the one I was driving at the time. “by the way, this was not one of the cars purchased at Pete Moore”. Anyways, I walked into the dealership with 12000 cash and the mindset of walking out with a low mileage, dependable, and hopefully certified car. I really didn’t know if that was going to be possible. Upon pulling up to the VW dealership, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Kyle Prell. He was very courteous, and asked how I was, and if he could be of any assistance to me. I told him my situation, and from there we began our quest for a vehicle. I have never felt so comfortable in looking for a car. Kyle made me feel right at home, and unpressured. I could just tell he was a very genuine, compassionate person who really seemed liked he cared more than just making the sale. It was almost as if he put the shoe on the other foot and knew how he would of wanted to be treated. To try and make a long story short, we finally found a vehicle I was interested in which was near my price range of 12000, and certified. It was a 2011 Chevrolet HHR with under 60000 miles. Very clean looking vehicle. I told Mr. Prell I didn't want to spend a penny over 12000, as I didn’t really have it in my budget. He was very honest and told me he didn’t know if that was possible. After speaking with I assume was his sales manager or someone over that position, we were able to make a deal at 13000 out the door. I didn’t really want to spend a thousand more, but it was too good of a deal to pass up. I ended up borrowing the thousand from my parents and I am now the proud owner of my 2011 Chevrolet HHR. Lastly, I just want to tell you Mr. Pete Moore, I appreciate the service I received from your dealership. Everyone that I came across that was an employee, was very courteous, but most of all I would like to thank Mr. Kyle Prell for the outstanding service he provided me with. His compassion, understanding, knowledge of cars is truly a great asset to your company. This world needs more Kyle Prells in it. Thank you once again Pete Moore.
