i have been in many dealerships, worked in service in one and i have never had or heard of a experience as great and painless as allan gave us, i drove from right outside new orleans to buy a car from him an and i have never had or heard of a experience as great and painless as allan gave us, i drove from right outside new orleans to buy a car from him and would do again in a second. on the first phone call he went outside looked the car over and told me about every scratch, every little dent, if there was any flaw whatsoever he told me from the start, i was expecting to make the 3.5 hour drive and find all kinds of bad surprises. but everything was exactly as he said. when on the way i told him that my wife and son were with me, allan had a list of fun family things to do on our day in pensacola, he had the directions ready when we got there for the naval aviation museums. buying a from him was a breeze. my bank threw us a curveball sending wrong information and allan was more than helpful through it all and we got it all taken care of. the best part, HE DIDNT BLOW MY PHONE UP WITH HARASSING PHONE CALLS, he told let him know if i need anything that was it, the next time i heard from him was when i called him. a true no pressure sale More

I first visited the dealership planning on buying a 2014 SUV. However, I was unable to find one with the interior I wanted. He is not only very courteous but is very knowledgeable about the cars were were looking at. Mr.. Rotenberry offered to drive the vehicle to my home when I expressed concerns over whether the SUV would fit in my garage! My overall experience with this dealership was amazing. Everyone from the salesmen to the shop manager were very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Even the shop is clean and orderly. If you want to work with a salesman that is "low pressure, knowledgeable and pleasant, you need to meet Charlie Rotenberry. After recently selling my 2007 Chevy Tahoe LT, I was in need of another truck to tow my camper with. With so many different trucks on the market, I decided to do my homework MONTHS in advance. Having only owned GM trucks in the past, I was shopping around for a new 2014 Silverado...or so I thought. Pete Moore Chevrolet is close to my house, so I went there first. My wife has purchased two slightly used cars from CJ at Pete Moore Imports in the last 2 1/2 years, and has always been more than happy with their pricing, sales and service. So, I decided to give CJ a try myself. The first day I went truck shopping, CJ wasn't available, but I was greeted by a friendly and energetic young salesman named Marcos Casillas. He hadn't been in the car business very long, but he seemed genuinely friendly and wasn't pushy at all. I told Marcos that I WAS NOT buying a truck for at least two months, and he was okay with that. He NEVER pushed me to buy anything at all. He allowed me to do my research and shop at MY speed and comfort level...as if he didn't care if he might be missing out on another car SALE somewhere else on the lot. I really appreciated this! Feeling 100% comfortable with his salesmanship, I went back three other times to see him--even after going to the other Chevy Store in town, and the Dodge Store too. Each time I went, Marcos shook my hand with a big smile as if I were an old friend. During the course of 4 visits, he spent a total of about 3-4 HOURS with me, helping me narrow down EXACTLY the truck I wanted. I drove the 2014 Silverado two more times, but also drove a CPO 2012 Chevy Avalanche too. The Avalanche has the same muscular body styling as our old 2007 Tahoe we loved so much, but was much more "upscale". I would also convert into a pickup truck when we needed it to, which is a really neat feature. In the end, I bought the "nearly new" CPO 2012 Avalanche LT at a VERY fair price, and I was given a fair price for my trade-in too. Other dealerships had low-balled me on my trade-in appraisal, so the Pete Moore Chevy Store made me very happy. In the finance department, I dealt with "Don". Like Marcos, he was never pushy, but was obviously very seasoned and knowledgeable of the CPO program and various extended warranties available. I left his office VERY HAPPY, having gotten a great interest rate, affordable low monthly payment, excellent extended warranty and NOTHING ELSE I didn't need or want. It may seem corny, but after a sales experience like that, I asked to speak with Pete Moore personally. I let him know how genuinely happy my family was having dealt with his dealerships a THIRD time, and what a great job Marcos and Don had done for us. You've got a good thing going there, Pete...you and your team keep up the good work and WE WILL BE BACK! I feel that Marcos Casillas "gets it". If you wants to be successful selling cars, you can't act like the stereotypical "car salesman".
