Best Truck-Buying Experience Ever!! A little background, first. I'm an Active-Duty Coast Guard member that drove down to Pensacola (from Milwaukee) for training at one of the Navy School A little background, first. I'm an Active-Duty Coast Guard member that drove down to Pensacola (from Milwaukee) for training at one of the Navy Schools. I first arrived at Pete Moore, I was there to obtain service for my truck (2005 Chevy Silverado). I wanted a simple oil change and for the mechanics to check all of my fluids. I was about to drive back home in a few days and wanted to know that my truck would make the return trip. So, after dropping off my truck with the service department, I (naturally) took a walk around the lot. I ventured all over the lot looking at all of the used (couldn't really afford new) trucks and SUVs. I first encountered Brian, when I started to venture away from the used car lot on to the collision repair area. He showed me an area with a few more used trucks. That's when I saw it: the 2009 Dodge Ram CC that I would end up buying that day. After checking out the Ram, I decided to make my way back to the Service Department. The service personnel told me that the oil change had been performed, but...there was a list of repairs that I would want to have done, when I arrived back in Milwaukee. At first, I was against buying the Ram, as I would rather have saved my money. However, I was afraid that the Chevy wouldn't make it back the entire trip. I told the Service Personnel that I wanted to check out the Ram. So, they called Brian Wimett over, as he was a retired Navy Chief and just happened to be the most qualified at selling vehicles to military members. Brian has a great, laid back personality. He went and got the keys to the Dodge, and he let me take a look at it. He didn't start the usual sales jargon, which I really appreciated. He let me test drive the Ram, which was a very enjoyable test-drive, and we talked about his and my military careers. After the test-drive, I told him that my heart was set on buying the Ram, if the numbers were right. He got me exactly what I was asking for my trade-in, and he gave me advice on what to do once I got back to Milwaukee, as this was the first time I had ever purchased a vehicle from out of state. He had the truck cleaned for me the following day and gave me a $25 gas voucher for the Tom Thumb gas station just down the road. Jimi (the finance guy) was awesome. He had all of the paperwork ready to go and reiterated what Brian told me about titling and registering the Ram once I got home. My experience at Pete Moore was a great one! Everyone was friendly and professional, and the experience is unlike what you would encounter from most other dealerships. Brian Wimett and Jimi (the finance guy) were great! I would not hesitate to buy another truck from Pete Moore!!! Thanks, again!!! More

When I arrived at the dealership after a 7 hour drive, I was greeted outside at the vehicle. Fantastic Service. On arriving at the service door, Lauren was ready she had all the paper work finished and came right out with the camera, took pictures of the damage, On arriving at the service door, Lauren was ready she had all the paper work finished and came right out with the camera, took pictures of the damage, gave me an estimate of the time it might take to get in the parts and do the work. All this without my having to say anything---who I was and why I was there. She then asked if there was anything I needed help with and arranged a taxi for me. This was all done with a cheerful voice and a smile. Also, the work was completed 1 1/2 days sooner than expected. I would definitely recommend this Service Department to anyone I know.
