Unfortunately, we (me and my wife) are comparing upon experiences, and this dealership was just GOOD. To deem excellent, the process could have gone faster (4 hours was too long), and we should have gotten our tag that same day, (we are still waiting on it after 2 weeks). Our salesman, Dickie, was phenomenal. Kind, helpful and patient. He worked with us as much as he could, and bought us dinner. I would recommend this dealership to our military service members and anyone who's a USAA member. More

In the midst of the chaos, we were very apprehensive about visiting the dealers in Pensacola due to the issues with purchasing vehicles in Car City in the past. After stopping at two dealers (who did not even recognize we were browsing) and then getting quotes on several “service” vehicles and used vehicles, we decided to venture to Pete Moore Chevrolet. We were immediately greeted with a friendly smile and explained to Jeff Lee our dilemma and the events that lead to this auto search. To make a long story short Jeff was able to locate the qualifications we required on the truck I needed, cover the rebates and discounts that we qualified for and complete our transaction with minimal wait.
