My sales specialist, Jim Pankuch, along with the rest of the dealership staff at Pete Moore Chevrolet are exceptionally friendly and competent. My whole trade-in transaction went off without a hitch. The finance officer was absolutely phenomenal in his knowledge and expediency in executing my paperwork, which included, what I consider to be, a superior auto service plan. With his expertise, Jim Pankuch took the evaluation process of numerous vehicles to another level. He takes a logical approach, which allows his customers to maintain their dignity and to respect him. He is truly accomplished in the art of the deal. Overall, on a scale of 1 to 10, I rate my experience at Pete Moore Chevrolet a 10. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

But when I arrived, it was a different atmosphere than what I was envisioning and I ended up having an excellent experience with the Pete Moore Chevrolet sales team, and Brian Wimett more specifically. I started off my experience with John, but John fell ill and he had Brian come in to help me carry on my search. John kept good notes, which made a seamless transition for Brian to step in without missing a beat. Now, I'm a "to-the-point, no xx" type of guy who hates sugar coating and has no tolerance for someone talking me into a car, yet I didn't have to tap into that side of me once because Brian was right there with me. Brian was extremely knowledgeable about the trucks I was looking at, and if he didn't know it, he immediately went and found out the answer for me to ensure I was getting the truck I wanted for my money. He wasn't about selling me a car, but more about wanting to ensure I would be happy with the truck I purchased. In addition, he also showed me the hard copy of where he found the information to make me feel more comfortable about the information I was receiving, and therefore earning more of my respect. When it came down to negotiating the deal, I felt as though Brian was honest with me and we ended up settling on a deal we all felt comfortable with. I saved a little money, Mr. Moore made a little money, so everyone was happy. If I needed another vehicle, Pete Moore and Brian Wimett would be my first choice. ...I actually wish Brian worked at the Harley Davidson dealer so I could deal with him on my next purchase as well. Along with him, his sales manager Delamar Dice was exceptionally professional, and introduced himself and made sure I was comfortable with the information being presented, my options as far as financing, and extended coverage on my new purchase. I would highly recommend any of the sales staff, but especially these two made the purchase process very pleasant and welcoming. More
