Out of habit, I always call my first salesman, Ben Myers. Ben is now the general manager but always available for customers' needs. My new salesman, Keith James, is phenomenal at his job. He researches thoroughly for the exact vehicle that bests fits me and my budget. With assistance from Steve Wager in accessories and Don Lingeran with financing, I was able to purchase the Chevy Silverado of my dreams with all the bells and whistles. I'm always impressed with the family type atmosphere at Pete Moore. On any given day, you'll see Mr. Pete Moore walking around the compound visiting with his employees and customers. Mr. Moore is very approachable and makes you feel like a valued customer. I appreciate the opportunity to work with his delightful daughter, Mrs. Lauren Moore Cutter. Friendly and Caring Service Marcos was the friendliest dealer that I've ever talked to about buying a car, I was really nervous about getting ran around but with Marcos the very Marcos was the friendliest dealer that I've ever talked to about buying a car, I was really nervous about getting ran around but with Marcos the very first day me and my wife met him he was friendly and was listening to what we were saying and what we were looking for in a car and he never once tried to get us to buy or look at a car that we didn't want or weren't into. Last time that I bought a car was from a used car dealership and they basically screwed me over, but with Pete Moore and with how Marcos treated us, helped us with trading our cars in, and making sure that we got the deal and all of the rebates that we could get; I would totally recommend Pete Moore and def would recommend Marcos he is a family guy and knows how to help when looking for a good safe car, he always kept us up to date on everything and every little detail he told us about not hiding anything from us. I would def give the friendliest, the care, and the respect that Marcos gave to me and my wife 5 out of 5 stars. Great Experience I wasn't actually planning on buying a car at all, but I was with a family member for their purchase and was so impressed with the friendly atmosphere I wasn't actually planning on buying a car at all, but I was with a family member for their purchase and was so impressed with the friendly atmosphere and time spent on every detail, I decided to get a vehicle also. The process was quite longer than I have experienced with car buying in the past, but it was worth it. In between hashing out numbers, we actually had fun. The employees were very friendly and looked like they actually enjoyed themselves and what they were doing. I didn't feel like a fish in a sea full of sharks. I did have to go back to have parts added to my vehicle that, I would think, should have been on the car to begin with (they were listed in the package), but they made me aware of this prior to the actual purchase of the car. I have stayed in contact with Derek regarding any issues or questions and always get a quick and thorough answer or fix. I am incredibly impressed and will not hesitate to recommend Pete Moore Chevrolet to anyone. More
