Best Car Buying Experience I had inquired about the 2011 Ford F150 Harley Davidson I saw online. The next day I received an email from Charlie Rotenberry ready to answer any qu I had inquired about the 2011 Ford F150 Harley Davidson I saw online. Since me and my wife was in Pensacola Saturday we decided to stop by and get a closer look at the truck. As a courtesy I told one of the salesperson that I was working with Mr. Rotenberry. When me and my wife met Charlie he was very courteous and informative about the vehicle and suggested we take it out for a test drive. One ride and I was convinced I wanted this truck Charlie made the whole experience simple and enjoyable without the hassle. I told him I was unable to complete the deal that day, but I would be back Saturday morning to do so. He did not try to keep me any longer than I needed to be, which would have been the end if he had. He got some info from me and I went on my way. My husband and I returned the next day, completed the paperwork, he had the car detailed and I was one happy customer in my 2008 Ford Edge.
