Pete Moore provides a great all around sales and maintenance service. JR sold me my truck and highly recommend him to anyone else looking to purchase from Pete Moore. Not to forget the rest of the team, anyone I came in contact with to do my deal took the time to converse and make sure I had what was needed to complete the entire transaction. Again, just a pleasant experience. The price I received was the best. I asked JR to advocate for me on price of my truck and trade in and I feel confident I receive a great price on both. Very happy! Since I ordered it from the factory, JR took the time I needed to get my truck built exactly the way I wanted. It was a fun experience. Dickie Heckler was very helpful and quickly got to the best price he could offer, which I feel was a fair price given the current market. We agreed to the deal on the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, most of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. Dickie took me through a detailed tour of the truck's features, and when that was complete, I met with the finance manager who offered a suggested warranty package with no pressure. Overall it was a very simple, low pressure experience and I would recommend doing business with Pete Moore Chevrolet. More
