We walked away from that deal and drove an additional 2.5 hours to another Alabama dealership that had the same make and model for sale. We had called before we left the first lot and was assured the car was still there. 2 hours later, they called and said the car had been SOLD two days BEFORE! In the hotel room that night, I happened across one last car of the same make and model at Pete Moore in Pensacola. We called first thing the next morning and our salesman Jim Pankuch had the HUMMER H2 out and ready. He accepted our offer and we were on our way home within an hour with a full tank of gas to boot! Great selection and overall experience While I had been looking for a new vehicle in my home area (IL), I found myself on vacation in the area with a 13 year old vehicle needing repairs bef While I had been looking for a new vehicle in my home area (IL), I found myself on vacation in the area with a 13 year old vehicle needing repairs before returning home. While researching options for repair/replace (I eventually repaired the vehicle but ended up trading it), I found Pete Moore Chevrolet on Autotrader with a good selection of the Chevrolet Captiva Sport. Arriving the dealership early the next morning, I was greeted by Jim P who answered my questions, was very accommodating to my special circumstances, and after closing the deal followed me back to Foley AL to return the rental car and then down to Gulf Shores to pick-up my recently repaired trade-in at the repair shop to drive back to dealership, all in about 5+ hours. Bottom line; good price, good selection, good people to deal with. All the others I worked worked with were as friendly and accommodating as Jim also! More
