The sales staff did not follow us around like vultures, rather simply asked if we needed assistance, let us browse, and then were available when we were ready for assistance. Brian Wimett was amazing! I had already found the vehicle online, but wanted to browse the other cars as well. When we couldn't find the Kia Sorento we were looking for, Brian Wimett drove us across the street to their other lot and found it for us. Genuinely personable and friendly. No stress, no pressure. We got the vehicle we wanted for an affordable price. In fact, Brian worked with us to get us exactly at the price my husband and I had discussed prior to setting foot on the lot. I could not be happier with the overall experience. Especially since we had just had two hours of our time wasted at a different dealership where we were pressured and pushed toward a new car purchase that was nowhere near the price point we were willing to pay, despite having been initially told that our price limit was doable. I would highly recommend Pete Moore, and especially Brian Wimett! He even introduced us to the Service department who gave us a run down of free services. Everyone we met at Pete Moore was friendly and helpful, but also very laid back and unlike the stereotypical car salesman. I will be back when we are ready for our next car! More
