Poor attention to detail and overall poor experience I purchased a used vehicle on Nov. 1. Part of the deal was to repair a small dent/blemish on my vehicle and replace the windshield tint. After I signe I purchased a used vehicle on Nov. 1. Part of the deal was to repair a small dent/blemish on my vehicle and replace the windshield tint. After I signed the purchase order, I left the car with the dealership to make the repairs. 4 days later, I went to pick up my car. The paint repair had a smudge and the tint scrapings were left all over the dash from the tint repair. My sales person went and got his manager to look at the paint smudge. They agreed to repaint it a second time. My salesman said he tried to clean it up. I spent another 30 minutes cleaning the vents and dash after I got home. There are still a few blemishes and artifacts between the new tint and the window. 2nd paint repair: A week later, I took my car to get the paint fixed again. They had it for a week. When I went to pick it up today, I looked over the repainted area. There was a bubble/ blemish in the new paint repair. The salesperson went and got his manager again. The manager seemed like it was no big deal and I shouldn't be unhappy about it. The salesperson said that was the best their paint repair person could do. However, they did agree to try and repair it again by wet standing the blemish. They wanted me to give it a few days for the paint to set the call them to set up a time to get it fixed. They said it would be repaired while I would wait approximately 30min. Then the salesperson told me that my car was hit in the back and the paint repair person didn't want to fix it. My car was at their dealership for a week. It was not properly painted for the 2nd time. My car got hit while it was there. I know it was not hit during the 2 weeks I had it. I hope this experience is the exception and not the rule. I would not recommend this dealership nor any service they offer. More

Dissapointed The sales rep- Wayne, was very helpful and easy to talk to- We were hesitant to buy a used vehicle not of the make carried by the dealership- W The sales rep- Wayne, was very helpful and easy to talk to- We were hesitant to buy a used vehicle not of the make carried by the dealership- We decided to go forward with the purchase anyway- felt all would work out fine. The purchase and delivery went well- however, we were promised some items that were missing from the vehicle- we were assured and Wayne said he would see to it- In parting, his sales manager said they would contact the previous owner- as the key fob was expensive. We have waited two weeks, and now appears its the usual- no problem, the customer will forget about it. The vehicle we purchased was a Chrysler van purchased by the dealership from the owner. I would not recommend buying a late model non-dealer vehicle from Pete Moore- they really don't show the same responsibility for a non-dealer make. Now, i will have to purchased the items that should have been with the vehicle. More

Great Experience As the title states, I can my wife and I has a pleasant and comfortable experience while purchasing a new Silverado. We had spent some hours at Sandy As the title states, I can my wife and I has a pleasant and comfortable experience while purchasing a new Silverado. We had spent some hours at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet the day before and while the salesman there was helpful and patient, the end price offered for a Silverado was not even close to what we were hoping to find. We left, planning to look at other dealers within a 100 mile radius or so. We took a look at some Silverado trucks online and we came upon the one we ended up buying at Pete Moore the next day. Our salesman at Pete Moore was Keith Carson. He walked up as we were looking at the truck we had seen online. He introduced himself and we shook hands and began the conversation. Keith was very knowledgeable of the trucks (we looked at a few other trucks on the lot) and he did not rush us. He let us ask many questions, maintaining a patient and pleasant demeanor. After going to the desk and getting into pricing, the value being offered for my trade-in Silverado, and other questions about the truck we wanted, we began to see that Keith was very willing to see if he could meet our expectations. I have to say here, that we ended up having some laughs with Keith, because he turned out to be a very affable person, with a quick wit and a comfortable style. To bring this to and end (I can be wordy), we were able to get what seemed to us, to be a fair deal. We met the sales manager on the floor for that day, and he was also pleasant. The entire experience at Pete Moore's dealership that day was smooth and pleasant. I have purchased many vehicles, mostly trucks, these last 30 years or so, and to say a visit to a dealership ended up being pleasant, cannot always be said. And by the way, after the purchase, Keith Carson has remained available and helpful, whenever I have had a few more questions about the features of the Silverado. More
