Earned the Sale! I initially contacted the dealership online and a very helpful guy named Lucas messaged me back and asked if I wanted to speak to a salesperson, Ben F I initially contacted the dealership online and a very helpful guy named Lucas messaged me back and asked if I wanted to speak to a salesperson, Ben Franklin, about a particular vehicle I was interested in. I already had a car on hold at another dealership and had no time to come test drive the one Pete Moore had. Lucas was great about recognizing that I had limited time and was more comfortable dealing with emails, texts, etc. Ben called me and I was straight up with him about what I needed my cost to be out the door and he volunteered to bring the car to my workplace for a test drive. I drove it, liked it, he matched my price and beat my banks interest rate. At the dealership Lucas, the sales manager, and the service manager all came by to meet me. Not pushy, no aggressive sales tactics. Only thing I would advise is checking the cost of their gap insurance which was about $300 higher than my banks would have been (but that's my bad that I didn't check around first). Also after the purchase when I got the car home, I noticed a crack in one of the taillight covers that they are replacing at no charge. Overall very satisfied with my experience and would recommend the dealership and Ben Franklin if you are looking for a no-hassle experience! More

I did not feel pressured in any way. I went and test drove a few cars and found one I liked. We went over some figures and he gave me some things to consider. I left telling him I would contact him the next day. I called him we discussed financing and I was very glad I took his suggestion because he got me almost 3% lower rate!!! I would definitely recommend Pete Moore and I would most certainly tell them to go see Brian. He is very friendly, not pushy at all. Myself or my husband did not feel uncomfortable or pressured in any way. More
