Had purchased vehicles in the past, & had a "pathological dislike/distrust" of auto salesman but THIS experience with Pete Moore & personnel convinced us that we will never buy a vehicle from ANY other dealer again - & we will buy another truck inside of a year. We literally "built" our truck online, told them what terms we wanted & when we could come in....There was no double dealing, no contradiction, no "revised deal"....Derek hit this deal out of the park. In and out in an HOUR! AND we had talked to another dealership last weekend, Chevrolet too, that was a four hour futile effort spent in hopeless frustration that left us angry. Pete Moore BEAT that dealer's price, offered us more for our trade, a lower interest rate, no additional money down AND we walked out financed with the payment we said we could afford - NOT $150/MO MORE than other Chevy dealer wanted! Also...Everyone in this dealership LOOKED & ACTED professionally, from the receptionist to the service personnel. Truly....This experience with Pete Moore was the most positive, least aggravating, & the only truck purchase I've made in 50 years where I walked out convinced I made a good deal instead of thinking the only reason happy was the finance company/salesman. Interesting,but cautious Ok so I came to pete moore mitisubish think it was a buy here pay here lot because my credit is shot txt, ok but the salesman Josh would not let me go Ok so I came to pete moore mitisubish think it was a buy here pay here lot because my credit is shot txt, ok but the salesman Josh would not let me go away after he told me you have to get financed through the the bank he said I believe we can get you approved and after 6 hours waiting on bank I got a newer better car than what I had before awesome ask for Josh when you looking for a carhe is awesome thank you josh,but I will say I had a sensor problem the next day that it was saying door was open and they all were close and the lights wouldn't come on when you open the door, I brought it back next day to service team and they fixed it with no problem the next day I noticed the back tail light was out so I just went to auto store to replace bulb then a week or so later I cleaned car outo and noticed that this new car didn't have a spare tire cause I was planning on going out of town I went back to dealership and they were not able to provide me with one I was disappointed because I knew I would be traveling and I wasn't able to find any a junk yard so to finalize I would say they can get you approved to get a car nice people there, but please check the vehicle thoroughly so you don't run into problems after you have purchased the car More
