The BEST Car buying Experience I have ever had I normally do not take the time to fill out survey's but this time is different. I had the best Experience I have ever had while buying a car. My car salesman was Brian Wimett and he went above and beyond what he had to do to make sure he found the PERFECT car for me. He never tried to get me to settle for anything I didn't want and only recommended what he knew I might like. I found a car I wanted and he spent a couple of hours with me but the payments ended up being more than I wanted to spend. He did not get aggrivated and simply said "That's okay, we will find you something that you like and something you are comfortable with payment wise" We roamed the different lots and looked at several cars. I was being really picky as this was something I will be driving for a long time. He beared with me, kept smiling, and working with me. I've NEVER dealt with someone so Kind and Truly Truly had my best interest at heart. Wow, what a great experience I had :) After buying the car I noticed it was making a slight noise when turning. I called Brian and even though they had no obligation to help with anything since I bought the car "as is" he asked me to bring it back in. They put me in a brand new rental car for the night and Jeannie in the service department got the car fixed even though it was very minor. The service team was equally as awesome as my salesman. My car is perfect and everyone comments on how sharp it looks. I'm not trying to boost this dealership up for any personal gain but to simply tell folks if you are in the market for a new or used car, you won't be disappointed. Noone can be as picky or as hard to deal with as I was. This is the first time ever using them as I have bought countless cars from Sandy Sansing in Pensacola. I can promise you this, I am a customer for life because of my experience and I with Brian and Jeannie the very best. More
