Chad helped us find a vehicle, although we were not very optimistic when we came in to Pete Moore. We had been looking for a vehicle with low miles, high economy, spacious room for a small family, and the ability to carry small cargo if that wasn’t enough we also wanted a warranty for that price as well. So for less than 10K out the door he found one for us, we were ecstatic about the vehicle he helped us find. The level of customer care we received. Chad was amazing!! He treated us as if we were his family! You would have thought we were buying a $50,000 car instead of a $9,000 car. He made sure to go out of his way to provide us with a new battery, 4 new matching tires and he had the tires mounted balanced and installed on the car. Then he went even further out of his way to take ownership to see the job was completed on the car. He also made sure that they hand buffed out the tar spots on the roof. He is paying to have the rock chips on the hood, front bumper, and window trim touched up at an offsite paint shop, and took it to the Toyota Dealership to fix the recalls before we took it home. So again, we think we hit the jackpot by meeting such a wonderful person like Chad Karahalios! He brings so much class, skill and heart to an industry that has little. So as you can imagine, we had been to very many dealers and left disappointed and discouraged. When we walked in we were certain we chose the best place ever to shop and we have been to referring him to everyone. Chad was super upbeat and listened to our desires.
